Please note that the in-law suite on the opposite side of the house offers a private king bedroom, full bathroom, and a separate kitchen and living area for added privacy or multi-generational stays.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The home also includes a laundry room, dedicated office, upstairs den, and streaming TV. Central heating and heat/air pumps in select rooms keep the home comfortable year-round.

• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
