This 6 bedroom 4 bathroom fully furnished luxury villa comes with your own private screened pool and spa in the 24 hour guarded and gated community of Windsor Hills located just 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World Florida.

When vacationing in this villa, you can enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home, also including all of the luxuries and amenities of a first class resort, Windsor Hills boasts facilities such as an Olympic Size Pool with Water Slide, Games Room, Exercise Room, 48 Seat Theater, Convenience General Store & Playground.

The home itself has 3 king bedrooms that have been professionally furnished & interior designed, Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, 60' & 50' Flat Panel TVs in Living & Family Room, 32' Flat Panel TVs in Bedrooms, Pillow Top Mattresses, Fun-Filled Game Room with 42' TV & Nintendo Gaming System

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
