Little Beach Gem Tairua

Just moments from the water, this beautifully renovated coastal retreat offers relaxed beach living in a prime location. The swimmable estuary is only around 50 metres away, with the Pacific ocean beach and town centre both an easy 300-metre stroll, placing cafés, restaurants, takeaways, shops, swimming, and scenic walks right on your doorstep.

Originally built in 1956 and recently renovated throughout, the home blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Tasteful décor and thoughtful updates create a warm and inviting place to unwind.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total, with one bedroom located in a separate sleep-out beside the house, ideal for added privacy. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (no more than 5 adults per stay) and features three heat pumps/air-conditioning units to ensure year-round comfort.



Outside, beautifully landscaped grounds provide a peaceful setting to relax, complete with a two-person spa pool for soaking after a day of exploring. Two sea kayaks are available for guests to enjoy the nearby estuary, making it easy to get out on the water and experience Tairua from a different perspective. Medium and large life-jackets supplied - you will need to bring your own small life-jackets for kids.



If you wish to use the fire-pit, you will need to bring your own fire-wood.



Room Configuration -



Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed (this is in the sleep-out)



Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Bed and 1x Single Trundler Bed (trundler is suitable for a child only. Maximum 5 adults per booking).

*If you would like the single and trundler bed made together, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival)





House Rules and Information -



Parking: space for up to 4 vehicles to park on the grass berm. No garage available.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
