Welcome friends and family into the most spectacular 4 bedroom, 3 bath, river home sitting on a spacious 1/2 acre lot! With a pool/ heated spa and mountain views! There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks, boats and trailers. With the “U” shaped driveway, entry and exit is as easy as pulling though. Newly added putt putt section in the backyard feet from the pool and spa. Fresh new grass for playing family games!


There is an impressive great room with beautiful wood grain tiled flooring, recessed wood plank ceiling framed with decor shelf, charming wagon wheel candelabra chandeliers, custom over sized ceiling fan and inviting in-wall electric fireplace. You'll find upgraded designer lighting and touches plus fresh two-tone paint throughout the house. The inviting kitchen also features new white cabinetry, quartz counter top, subway tile back splash, NEW stainless appliances, deep farm sink with nickel finish faucet & cabinet hardware plus a garden window.

All guest bedrooms have easy care wood grain tiled floors, lighted ceiling fans with remotes, and one bedroom even has a built-in wood framed Murphy bed. Behind an elegant barn door is the first guest bathroom with custom tiled flooring and shower, sleek matte black fixtures, pedestal sink and storage cabinet. The second guest bathroom in the opposite hallway also offers tiled flooring, tiled bathtub and shower combination, decorative lighting and mirrors. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is nothing short of luxury with freestanding soaking bathtub set upon a porcelain tile stage, large tiled shower with custom glass enclosure, dual sink vanity with satin nickel faucets and quartz counter top, well lit walk in closet with built-in shelving and private commode room. French doors with blinds between the glass that open to a large back yard is absolutely perfect for entertaining and watching those colorful Arizona sunsets!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10AM. A late check out may be requested. This request may be approved or rejected + a $50 fee which goes immediately to the cleaners and service providers based on schedule changes
Please leave used/dirty sheets, pillow cases and comforters on the bed. The cleaning services will remove them for you. All dirty towels should be placed on the laundry floor. Start the dishwasher!
• For Sunday check outs, please take both trash cans to the front yard for pick-up. Trash trucks come Mondays. • Clean any mess in backyard and place chairs around table(s) or stack chairs under patio
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules and Safety • No pets allowed. • No smoking. • No glass near or in the pool. • No parties, events, family reunions, etc. without prior approval.
Do not remove or unplug pool sweeper. Do not touch any pool/spa equipment. DO NOT DIVE IN THE SHALLOW POOL $500 Fees applied to those that do!!
Do not take the pool towels off the premises (ie: to the river or lake). Top bunk weight limit is 175 pounds AND sleeper needs to be 8+ years

We had a wonderful stay there. Our boat was broke one day so we spent the day out by the pool. The location of the home is really close to Lake. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy our barbecue we would definitely come back to this home, the host answered every time I replied to her

Perfect place for quiet enjoyable vacation

While the house was way larger than just the two of us needed, it was very clean and nicely organized. The location is perfect and easy to get to shopping & restaurants. We drove a Tesla from Oregon and charging was easy & convenient. There were Tesla superchargers at the Gold Nugget Casino, which was also very convenient. The owners were very nice and accommodating for any/all our questions. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this Vrbo listing.

Beautiful Area

We had a wonderful stay. When booking, note that the pool can not be heated, and the vacuum that has to remain in the pool is attached to a hose the length of the pool. So enjoying the pool with the hose in vacuum in it is very difficult, I can't imagine kids playing in it around the hose & vacuum.

Beyond Expectations

From the moment we booked, the property manager (Whitney) was extremely helpful with any questions or needs. The property is very well kept and perfect for our family of 8. Was also very accommodating for us to be able to park our vehicles and boats in the oversized circular driveway. Minutes away from the marina making this perfect for easy access to the lake. Our crew will definitely be booking again in the very near future.

It was an amazing location. The only issue that I had was the poor communication with Whitney the host or manager about the Jacuzzi. Turning on the Jacuzzi never got instructions on how to work the Jacuzzi. was texting her through the whole vacation.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The home needs work, the master had a horrible smell from the drains, we found d-con under two of the pillows in different rooms. I sent photos to the owner, she did say she was sorry that happened.
