Condo is essentially a converted roadside motel, not part of some "private community" in what you might expect from the area. The pool is very dated and worn. Motel quality at best. For what we paid to stay in August, this was an incredibly mediocre location. No one cleaned the back deck area. There was a used razor and soap bars in the outdoor shower and the table had not been cleaned at all. The management company has what seems like a chatbot that responds to texts, but doesn't actually act on them. When asked about how to navigate local beach parking, they never got back to us. The location is the only real positive about this place. Its quite close to Red River Beach, Harwich Port and Chatham. There are full-time residents in the motel who have an attitude towards renters. The full-time residents have a shared laundry on-site, but renters are not allowed to use it. One of the motel units had a large MAGA-esque flag hanging from the outside of it.
