- There is a small, working organic farm, Empower Farms, next door to this property. Staff and farm interns live on the property in permanent glamping tents or their personal RVs. Farm staff accommodations aren't visible from the vacation rental, only from the property's entrance
- There is a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment attached to the house for farm guests. There is a locked door between the home and the apartment, so farm guests cannot enter the house. Other tenants may be present during your stay, but they will spend the majority of their time on the farm. Other than accessing the apartment, apartment tenants will not share any indoor or outdoor spaces with house guests
