The Space:
Step inside and you’ll find a home that feels instantly comfortable, with beautiful timber floors, soft natural light and that unmistakable charm of a classic 1950's Henley Beach cottage.
The living room is a lovely place to settle in after a day out, with large windows and a relaxed, welcoming feel. Nearby, the separate dining room and kitchen offer plenty of space to cook, gather and share a meal together.
The kitchen is neat, functional and well equipped with everything you need during your stay, including coffee and tea ready for those slow morning starts before heading down to the beach.
Nola has two comfortable bedrooms, ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together.
Bedroom One features a queen bed and a small toddler bed which doubles as a seat or reading nook. Please note that bedding is not supplied for the toddler bed.
Bedroom Two offers a comfortable double bed and plenty of natural light.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, whether you are visiting during warm summer beach days or cooler Adelaide evenings.
The bathroom includes both a full-size bathtub and a shower, and there is a separate toilet for convenience. A full laundry with washer and dryer combo is also available for guest use.
Outside, the home opens onto a covered deck with a Weber barbecue and alfresco seating, perfect for relaxed morning cuppa or evening vino. The backyard features lawn space, established garden bed, classic Australian touches like the Hills Hoist clothesline, and room to enjoy the fresh coastal air.
The property is pet-friendly for well-behaved dogs, making it easy to bring your furry companion along for beach walks and seaside adventures. The backyard is fully enclosed.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.
Please note that the carport/shed area is currently used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
Parking is available on the street directly outside the property, with plenty of space typically available.
The Neighborhood:
Henley Beach is known for its relaxed coastal village feel, where everything seems to revolve around the ocean, good food and slow afternoons.
A short walk from the house brings you to Henley Square, the heart of the neighbourhood and a local favourite for dining any time of day. Here you’ll find an excellent lineup of cafés, restaurants and beachfront spots that cater to everything from a quick morning coffee to long sunset dinners.
Some local favourites include the Ramsgate Hotel, a balcony perch at the Henley Surf Lifesaving Club, umbrellas and ocean views at SeaSalt Society, upstairs dining at Melt, or rooftop drinks at West Beach Surf Club just along the coast. And an anytime must is The Cheeky Greek, famous for their crumbled feta-loaded Cheeky chips.
Beyond the square, Henley Beach offers plenty to explore. Browse the boutiques, wander along the jetty, grab a gelato for a beachside stroll, or hire a bike and follow the Linear Park trail along the River Torrens all the way into the city.
With beautiful beaches, coastal walks, cafés and local shops all nearby, you may find it takes more than a weekend to enjoy everything this neighbourhood has to offer.

Additional fees apply. Dogs must remain off all soft furnishings and bedding. All waste must be cleaned up by guests.
Sofa Bed:
If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can provide the bedding. The sofa bed will not be made up in advance; bedding will be left for guests to make up on arrival.
Please note: If your booking is for 5 or 6 guests, sofa bed bedding and linen are automatically included. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, a $30 fee applies if the sofa bed and bedding are requested for use.
Bin collection:
Is managed externally. An authorised person may access the side of the house on Sundays or Monday mornings to put bins out for Monday collection, and will return them inside the property on the following day
Gardening Maintenance:
A gardener attends the property each Friday morning to water the plants and mow the lawn. Access to the backyard is via the garage, so you may briefly see them during your stay.
For extended stays over 21+ nights:
Mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur..
Interaction with Guests:
This property is hosted by Hello Host management services. A Hello team member is available 24 hours a day via online message, phone or email should guests have any queries or issues during their stay.
