Why they chose this property

You can walk, ride or drive 500mtrs from the house to swim at the Point, on an incoming tide is best but when you are hot it is always a good time for a swim. While you are there take a walk on the easily accessible Pirrita boardwalk. You can go to Aqua Aerobics at the local swimming pool 3 days a week or join Grannie Grommets at Caves Beach to do yoga Monday morning & boogie board, and boogie board Wednesday and Friday. Caves Beach is an interesting tourist destination. It is a great place to walk and the Channel also looks amazing. You can ride or walk from Swansea to Adams town or anywhere in between on the Fernleigh track. Or you can sit on the verandah and watch the bird life, water crafts and the many bike riders.
