Booked last minute to stop and ride the Virginia Capital Trail for a few days as we were traveling from PA to NC. Although we weren't there all that long nor spent much time in the condo, it was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

Wonderful place to stay if going to Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. Hosts were always available if you needed anything. The view of the James River sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was awesome.

It was a great property for my husband and I. The condo was well equipped for our needs as well as being close to local sightseeing venues. We come to Williamsburg a couple of times a year and have stayed at most of the resorts in the area. We would stay here again in the future.

We visit Kingsmill every year & stay in a river condo. The resort has decreased services but dramatically raised prices. This VRBO opportunity saved us nearly 2000.Everything was fine with this condo with the exception that a water leak occurred the last night of our stay. The morning we checked out we noticed water buildup on the carpet directly across from the hvac unit. I left a voicemail for Jayme notifying her of the problem and hope she was able to fix the problem.

We had an excellent stay. Th unit was very clean and well appointed with everything you may need and Kingsmill is a great get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any question I had. We would live to return at a future date

Very easy and smooth VRBO experience. Host was responsive to questions, and check in and check out instructions were very clearly communicated in advance. The unit contained most basic supplies you would need to get started (laundry detergent, water bottles, etc). Well stocked for a family with children - comfortable pull out couch, queen sized air mattress, plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows. pack and play, high chair, games, books, hairdryer, iron, etc. Unit was in a great location within Kingsmill - just a couple of minute’s walk from a playground and the kingsmill coffee shop/convenience store. Unit’s sliding glass doors lead directly to the outside patio, which is a few steps up from ground level. Only recommendation would be to include a travel sized supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the unit to get guests started (we forgot ours!).
