This home is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood and is just a block away from Davenport Bayou. You will love all of the beautiful oak trees and scenery around Navy Point. You are less than 5 minutes from the N.A.S. main gate, 10 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach. Navy point is surrounded by water and features a boat ramp, several parks, and walking trails. Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles! There is an extra long driveway if you want to bring your boat or Jet Skis along too!



Enjoy all the amenities of home with the whole place to yourself. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a theater room with two twin Murphy beds, this cottage will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.



The home has been completely restored and updated while maintaining the original character. The kitchen has been fully modernized with new stainless appliances, new counters, updated cabinets and tile backsplash. The bathrooms have been updated with a new vanities and tile. There is new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. This home is the perfect mix of yesterday's charm and today's amenities.



The backyard is the perfect place to hang out with the family and have meals, barbecue, play corn hole, play horseshoes, or watch the Blue Angels fly. The home of the Blue Angels is just up the road so enjoy free shows while they practice.



Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also pet friendly. *Note - there is not a fully fenced section of the yard so pets must be on a leash.* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of pets.
