This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is comfortable and well appointed with mountain and ocean views right outside your window. It is conveniently located in an exclusive Eagle River neighborhood, close to shopping and access to the Glenn Highway, as a home base for your Alaska travels. You'll find a quaint pond across the street, with the Eagle River Nature Center just a short drive down the road.

The apartment includes a private deck for grilling and chilling, a fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, and extra room for parking. You will also love having access to DirecTV channels, so you don't miss your favorite shows! The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and coffee/tea bar, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender and full size appliances. Be sure to hit the snack bar and hydration station when you walk through the door!

Guests will enjoy a contactless check-in process with hosts sending your personal door code in advance of your stay, along with local recommendations for shopping and attractions.

The apartment is absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the fireplace was already on, making the house feel so cozy and welcoming — such a thoughtful touch! The owners have truly thought of every little detail to make guests feel right at home. From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the well-stocked amenities, and beautiful views, everything exceeded our expectations.This place should be the gold standard for vacation rentals — we can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!

This property should be the standard for all VRBOs. The property had everything and anything one could possibly need for the perfect vacation. Located only 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Communication between myself and the host was immediate and productive. Our visit to Alaska was awesome and a large part of it was this VRBO. Highly recommended!!

Great place for a family

The property was very clean, well stocked, easy to find, and comfortable. If we come back to Anchorage, we will certainly seek to stay in this place again. One of our favorite hikes was less than 5min away!

Beautiful windows with amazing view

Place was even better than expecting. Exceptionally clean, contact with owner very easy. The bed and sheets were so soft and nice to get into after a long day. Kitchen stocked with lots of amenities and even a goody cookie jar with snacks. View is awesome on clear days!!!
