You'll fall in love with:

- Beautiful period features, including the original exposed-brick chimney and fireplace, now fitted with a Coonara-style wood fireplace that gives the living space a warm country feel (wood not supplied).

- Renovated kitchen with gas stovetop, fan-forced oven, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery and everyday kitchen essentials.

- Comfortable living areas with relaxed seating, internet-enabled TV, warm furnishings and a cosy atmosphere throughout.

- Dining space with seating for guests, ideal for shared meals or a quiet morning coffee.

- Two renovated bathroom spaces. One bathroom includes afreestanding bath whilst the other has a walk-in shower and modern finishes.

- Heating and cooling, including split systems in the living/kitchen areas, bedroom heating and ceiling fans in selected rooms. Please note the front bedrooms do not have active cooling.

- Laundry facilities, including a large LG washing machine, LG heat pump dryer, ironing facilities, clothesline/clothes horse and Dyson vacuum.

- Backyard with deck, lawn, firepit (wood not supplied).

- High speed WiFi

About the fireplace:

- The home includes a wood fireplace set within the original exposed-brick chimney. Firewood is not provided, so guests wishing to use the fireplace will need to bring or purchase their own suitable firewood.

- Please only use the fireplace if you are comfortable operating a wood fire. Keep the fireplace door closed while in use, do not overload the firebox, and do not leave the fire unattended. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the property or going to bed.

- Only clean, dry firewood should be used. Do not burn rubbish, treated timber, paper in large quantities, packaging, cardboard or any unsuitable materials. Ash and hot coals must not be placed in indoor bins or outdoor kerbside bins.
