An affordable choice with convenience and comfort in a prime location, only two blocks from the city's main street, restaurants and hotels.

Separate office space with stationery supply - unlimited internet. Second TV and comfy sofa lounge.

This is our new listing and unfortunately we do not have any ratings via this flatform to date - however our other property is FIVE STARS ! We have been short stay providers since 1999.

Owner will contact you the day prior to leaving to arrange collection of keys from you. Please turn off all of the lights, air conditioner and heating. Kindly ensure balcony and all doors are locked.
Kindly do not strip the beds - but kindly place all wet towels in the bathrooms or laundry.
Please ensure you check the hooks behind the bathroom door for clothing and don't forget your phone charger.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is strictly NOT A PARTY house! Please do not use the balcony after 9.00pm to ensure the comfort of other residents.
Please do not make any noise is the driveway area after dusk or before 7.00am - as the noise can disturb that other residents. Please be respectful.
Please refer to the Visitor Guide at the property for full House Rules - they are fair, reasonable and respectful.
