Whilst you're in the heart of Vincentia's famous beaches and just a short 5 minute drive to Hyams Beach or a few minutes more to the Booderee National Park.

Inside Dune is simply stunning! Its 7 bedrooms comprise of a main large, 2 storey 5 bedroom house and second separate 2 bedroom cottage making it perfect for groups coming together but also looking for some separation. Let the grandparents or in-laws enjoy some peace in the Cottage and the kids lap up the bunk room in the main house!

* Need to know *
- Sleeps 16 plus infants (2 travel cots provided). Main house features 4 king bedrooms, 3 of which are upstairs (including the main suite with attached private bathroom) and 1 is downstairs with an attached bathroom (making it perfect for guests with mobility requirements). Upstairs there is also 1 king single bunk bedroom with 2 bunks so 4 king single beds sleeping 4. The cottage features 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In total you will find 7 bedrooms here.
- We prefer a max of 12 adults and 4 children. We have strict rules about large groups, they need to be family groups or mature groups of friends. We do not host young groups here, ask us before you book if you are unsure of the suitability of your group
- Internal laundry in the main house with washing machine and dryer, further Euro style laundry in the cottage with washer/dryer combo
- AC throughout can be temperature controlled by room
- We have a very strict no shoes rule inside at Dune - our floors are brand new and light coloured, please respect this so we don't have to charge you extra cleaning fees

Dune consists of a main 5 bedroom house and 2 bedroom granny flat. You have exclusive use of both properties and all outdoor areas during your stay.

You can park on our driveway and there is further free and easy street parking. Please note the garage is private and not for guest use.
