Typical mediterranean villa (80m2 on 200m2 garden) with many outdoor spaces each having its own particularity, sunny patio for breakfast near the bougainvillea, barbecue area under the mulberry tree, outdoor shower, garden to rest or to sunbathe under palm and pine with exceptional see view facing the gulf of St Tropez and Ste Maxime
The inerior is also pleasant with a large veranda which opens onto the garden and has a reading corner (books available)
Air conditionning for summer and fireplace to relax in winter
The upstairs bedrooms are spacious with a beautiful see view for the master bedroom

For your leisure: outdoor swimming pool of 25 m as well as a childreen's pool in the residence, opened from June to September, supervised by a lifeguard in July and August

Traumhaft schön

Die Villa war sehr sauber und genau so wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Die komplette Ferienanlage sowie der Poolbereich ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Meer ist zu Fuss max. 5 Min. entfernt. Restaurants sind auch zu Fuss gut und schnell zu erreichen. LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte sind mit dem Auto ca. 10Min entfernt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut gelegen wenn man z.B. einen Ausflug nach Monaco oder Saint Tropez machen möchte, geht beides problemlos mit dem Auto. Wir waren mit allem, auch mit der Buchungsabwicklung und dem Informationsaustausch, sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden hier auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen, sehr empfehlenswert. FĂŒr uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
