We have just been to a wedding in the area and booked this great Villa. Emmanuel was very helpful with arriving a day early and Christophe met us promptly and shower us round the property. Great property, easy parking, great WiFi and very good air con. There are two staircases to upstairs, one end with two great bedrooms with a bathroom between and the other staircase Leeds to a mezzanine landing with two beds on leading to another bedroom. The only thing I would say is it is not clear that it is 3 bedrooms with a large landing with 2 smaller beds on. However this was perfect for us as my 12 year old loved it on the mezzanine and he was right by us. The pool is amazing, not right by the house but a very short walk down a beautiful garden to its own area, lovely temperature, loads of quality sun beds and umbrellas for shade. Also very private. It was perfect for what we needed and we would certainly recommend it. Thanks Emanuel and Christophe.

It is a great property and the host was gracious and responsive to our needs. We are so happy with our stay and with the location.It was all that we could have hoped for! Lovely stay

We had a lovely two weeks here; the weather was great and the house right for our needs. The pool was excellent (and very much enjoyed by my son!). Hosts were excellent - Thank you Christophe and Emmanuel.

Great extended stay at Couleau Nord

We enjoyed a superb 4 week stay at this gite. The gite was of an excellent quality and our host struck a perfect balance of being friendly, helpful and discrete. We wanted for nothing and very much enjoyed exploring the wonderful local area. We will have no hesitation in returning and would highly recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

Lovely property

Emmanuel was a great host for this lovely property. Communication was fantastic and he worked hard to accommodate us when we had difficulty with travel plans changing unexpectedly. He was responsive and on hand to assist us should we need anything. The property itself was great: clean, all the facilities you could require and in a gorgeous setting. The location was fantastic and within proximity to lots of areas of interest. We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you Emmanuel!

Pleasant house, friendly host

We stayed one week in Emmanuel's house. It's a comfortable, cozy house, enough space, very nice terras. The house is near a regional road. Unfortunately you cam hear the traffic rumour when you're outside. Our contact with Emmanuel was very good, our local host Christophe was very polite and hospitable.

Fabulous , hope to return!

We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. The location is perfect for an easy drive to great restaurants, chateaus, grocery stores, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us, and there is loads of space for them to wander although it isn’t enclosed. You’ll need to trust your dog to let them off lead. The vet in Rauzan was great if you did have any pet issues.

Disappointed

Initial impressions were clouded by extremely poor cleanliness which the owner later rectified but the property should not of been left in such a condition. The property is very tired and needs remedial works especially the decking which is in a dangerous condition. Initially the dishwasher was difficult to close as the replacement unit was not installed correctly. This was only rectified towards the end of our stay. The door to the freezer compartment to the small fridge/freezer would not shut, so any food in the fridge below froze. Initially one on the kitchen unit doors would not close.This was later rectified by the professional cleaner. There was heavy stainiing to a wall in the kitchen and to the staircase. The shower cubicle is basic at best. The landscaping around the property was in need of maintenance.- especially as the owners fathers dog, used it to deficate. Vrbo should visit the properties to ensure that standards are upheld as it represent your business.

update on the 03rd of july 2024: the terrasse is fixed and like new update on the 30rd of january 2024: at the end of every stays longer than two weeks we ask a professional to come and help us clean the gîte, the fridge has been replaced by a new one. -- Dear Mr Low, we are sorry the cleanliness of our gîte didn’t meet at first your expectations. We hope that the professional cleaner we sent the day following your arrival could fix most of the inconveniences. I find you very severe when you say the property is “very tired”: the furnitures, painting, appliances, and beds are in excellent condition, though, it is true one of the deck boards has sagged by a few centimeters at one end, we will fix it, as well as the freezer door, as soon as possible. Finally, about the landscape, we keep the grass a little high in summer to keep it from drying too much, but we will improve maintenance and our gardening skills. Regards, Gîte Couleau

séjour familial à la campagne

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison bien équipée dans un magnifique parc arboré.Bien qu'en début de saison, la piscine qui est bien exposée a ravi les enfants , et permis aux plus grands de profiter du soleil sur les transats.Enfin la visite du château de Rauzan a été appréciée par petits et grands.

Très belle propriété, le calme, la verdure, l ' emplacement sont propices pour passer de belles vacances reposantes. Maison fonctionnelle, climatisée, une terrasse mi - ombragée très utile en cas de fortes chaleur. Il faut traverser un grand jardin pour arriver au coin piscine qui est tout simplement au top !!!! Rien à redire, l emplacement est ideal pour aller visiter les coins de la region

Unser Urlaub in Vincent de Pertignas

Wir haben im September 4 wundervolle Wochen in dem Haus von Monsieur Terme verbracht. Betreut wurden wir, mein Mann Theo, unser Hund Enna und ich, von Christoph. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher aber zurückhaltender Vermieter, der uns immer gute Tips gegeben hat, wo man gut Essen gehen kann und was man sich anschauen sollte. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, war gut ausgestattet und sauber. ES gab einen großen Wohn-Essbereich, schöne Schlafzimmer und eine herrliche überdachte Terrasse, mit Blick auf einen wunderschönen, großen Garten mit diversen Obstbäumen, der hinab führte zu einem sehr schön gelegenen abgedeckten großen Pool. In einem Umkreis von 10 km gibt es hervorragende Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sind in dieser Zeit sehr viel Rennrad gefahren und finden die Gegend zum Radfahren optimal, da auf den Nebenstraßen sehr wenig Verkehr ist und sehr gute asphaltierte Straßen durch die Weinberge führen. Unser Hund ist auch auf seine Kosten gekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder; es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Brigitte und Theo Nous avons passé 4 merveilleuses semaines chez Monsieur Terme en septembre. Nous, mon mari Theo, notre chien Enna et moi, avons été pris en charge par Christoph. C'est un propriétaire très sympathique mais réservé qui nous a toujours donné de bons conseils sur les endroits où manger et que voir. Wunderschönes Grundstück mit zwei häuser ; das eine ist das ferienhaus und das andere vom Besitzer obwohl diskret war die Nähe für uns störend Der grosse kuhlschrank haben wir gesäubert bei der ankunft denn an der innenwand klebten Essenreste.der andere Kühlschrank hatte eine defekte gefriertür so dass unsere käse etc gefroren waren als wir es zu spät be merkten. Leider hat am sonntag !! der Nachbarn (da er in der woche berufstätig ist )der ein Haus baut den ganzen tag von morgens bis 17 h gebaggert und Lärm gemacht dazu bellten deren 2 hunden ohne unterlass In einer der nächten feierten Kindern der Nachbar bis spät eine party. Es gab keine Badetücher für die piscine. Wir hatten 1 großes und ein kleines für die woche.... Très bel endroit

Jolie maison bien agencée, très joli terrain avec la piscine qui se trouve assez loin de la maison donc pas de problème pour les enfants. Belle terrasse. très calme. Je recommande. Précision : Le couchage est de 7 personnes dans la maison et 1 couple peut dormir dans une chambre dans la maison du propriétaire juste à côté.

Nous avons passé les derniers jours de l’année dans cet endroit où vous pouvez y aller sans appréhension.Le cadre a dépassé nos attentes.On ne se sent pas renfermé de par la taille du terrain associé à la propreté.L habitation est quant à elle spacieuse et étudiée pour s’y sentir à son aise de par ses équipements ainsi la qualité des matériaux choisis.Nous nous sommes sentis considérés par les propriétaires qui se sont avérés être disponibles pour l’intégralité du séjour passé en ces lieux.J’ai particulièrement apprécié ressentir le sentiment qu’il nous on fait confiance dès le début.Nous espérons avoir honoré également ce séjour.
