🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, listed as a historic monument, within the famous Arcades that gave it its name, the Neubau apartment is a superb 60m² apartment renovated in autumn 2021, with lots of charm, blending old and modern. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).



This accommodation is for a maximum of 4 adults. It is possible to welcome 2 children to reach the total capacity of 6 people (bunk beds not suitable for adults).



🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as various tourist and cultural points of interest in Colmar.



🛏️ This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a second with two bunk beds offering 4 single beds in total.

🛋️ The bright living area consists of a kitchen area, dining corner and a lounge area.

🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils).

🚿 A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes the accommodation.

🅿️ The Montagne Verte public parking is located 100m from the accommodation at a rate of approximately €40 per 24 hours.

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote this in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"… It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of all Alsatian cities!

Without getting into a bidding war of superlatives, Colmar remains undoubtedly an absolutely exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking summary of more than a thousand years of European history. Moreover, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing quality of a "city in the countryside" that makes up its entire charm.

Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector," has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.

Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Fishmonger's Quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the spell of this picturesque neighborhood, now called "Little Venice".

🧹Bed linens, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out the trash, emptying the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidying up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID document via the Yaago platform will be requested after your reservation, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the property.
