Up the front stairs, entrance to Paradise Cove is on the second floor. Upon entering, you'll enjoy 4 bedrooms that flank the four corners of the condo with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all centrally located in the middle. Each room enjoys an en suite bathroom, TV, and private balcony access. The king master suite offers a private bath with dual sinks, separate jacuzzi tub, and stand alone shower. A separate queen guest bedroom also has a private en suite with bath/shower combo. The second queen guest bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the dual twin guest bedroom.
An open kitchen boasts updated cabinetry and countertops that flows into the living and dining room; with stainless appliances and bar seating for 4. The dining table allows for indoor dining for 8 and the open living room offers plenty of space for the entire family to kick back and enjoy the occasional rainy day inside. The balconies that flank the front and back of the condo are easily the most enjoyable part of this property. Outdoor dining and lounging available and even views of the gulf between the two buildings in front of you.

Great family vacation

The home is very close to the beach and shares a nice pool. We love being on 30-A and this was a great place to spend a week.

Great location

The location was excellent. We were close to pool and beach. The furniture and beds were comfortable and attractive. The porch was like another room with good small view of ocean. We could hear the waves. The appliances were new, plenty of clean towels. Easy check in and out. The kitchen could use some more utensils (no tea spoons, only one serving platter, no pitchers, small cereal bowls, etc.) The only sound issue came from a venue near our location. The sheriff was called due the loud music, but fortunately we were a unit away.

Beautiful Beach, condo could use some updates

The beach and pool at this property were BEAUTIFUL, however I would suggest some updates and additions or a lesser price per night. Other family members stayed in a beachfront condo on the same property for only about $600 more total, and their condo not only had an elevator, and access to pool toys/accessories but beach chair setup included. They also had some significant updates (tiled showers and tubs, beautiful decor) which made it feel a little more homey and cared for, ours was a bit barren. This condo has all beach chairs and accessories locked up, and no included beach service. The kitchen definitely meeds more glassware (plastic regular tumbler cups), more bowls, and better cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy a pan because the ones provided stuck so bad. Overall, we would return to this location, but not to this specific unit. The other units in the area provide more bang for the buck. This one is more suited for 4-5 adults. If they want to cater to families they need to offer beach services and beach accessories.

Loved everything about it!

Loved everything about it. Spacious, clean, and great location. Plenty of parking and steps to the beach. Loved all the balconies. Would definitely stay again.
