The house was clean, incredibly close to the beach and a pool right out back. Had allOf the items we would need and two beach chairs and some sand toys. It was lovely and I would highly recommend!

Seagrove Sunshine was very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. So much space. Pictures don't do it justice. Pots and pans are on the smaller side, but in good condition. Bring culinary knives if you plan to cook. Hosts were very attentive. Pool right outside the back door, and the most BEAUTIFUL beach only a few more steps away. Nice ocean views from second and third floors. Our family of five has been staying at Beachside Condos for years because of the awesome location. The townhomes give the same benefits plus extra space (including TWO parking spaces). Beach shop, bike rental, coffee, smoothies, donuts and ice cream right across the street. Seaside is easy walking or bike riding distance for food, fun, and shopping. Grayton Beach is also easy to bike to (Shard Shop, Lululemon, boutiques, eateries). Easy access to Panama City or Destin. We have enjoyed charter fishing and cruises. Our whole family (mom, dad and 17, 15, 11) would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay! The townhouse is very spacious and stocked with everything you need!! Super close private access to the beach and steps away from the pool. We LOVED that there is a shower (just for our unit!) right outside the back door! We look forward to many more stays! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout our visit. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals conveniently at the house, which added significant value to our experience.The location proved highly convenient, with the pool situated right next to the back door for easy access. Additionally, the private beach access was less than a minute’s walk away, making it effortless to enjoy the shoreline. The host was outstanding, very communicative and responsive, addressing any questions promptly. They also thoughtfully provided beach extras, including towels and beach chairs, which enhanced our time by the water.Although a tropical storm impacted our trip and led to the closure of beach water access for several days due to double red flags, the property itself offered ample indoor entertainment options such as games and puzzles. The local area further provided alternative activities, ensuring we remained engaged and enjoyed our vacation despite the weather challenges.We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return for future stays.
