RELAX on the BEACH! 1 Bedroom at Phoenix East on the 9th Floor

This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen 55" Smart TV in the Living Room for accessing your favorite cable shows or streaming services. Second Flat Screen 40" Smart TV located in the Bedroom for additional access to your streaming services or cable shows. Calming colors & a Tropical vibe invite you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full) and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for informal snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use. The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation. We look forward to your visit.

Great location, great views. Bathroom sink had a slow drainage problem, shower liner was to 2” to long almost fell in shower. Sand was everywhere, not just on the floor but in the washer & dryer. Refrigerator was not clean. I’ll try another location next time with same leasing company. Like I said great location & views. First time to Orange Beach.

Nice condo but needs some fixing

The condo was clean, the view was perfection. Our check in was quick and easy. However, when we got there the first thing we needed to do after a long trip was use the bathroom, but there was not 1 roll of toilet paper provided. The sink in the bathroom drains extremely slow and the shower curtain is way too long. I saw both those complaints on a previous review but they still haven't been fixed. There was a coffee maker but not a single coffee mug in the kitchen. There were several small tea cups but not 1 coffee mug. The ice machine in the freezer did not work so we had to go purchase bags of ice. We also had issues with some of the outlets. The one behind the bed on the right side had the outlet cover off and in the floor and sometimes the outlet worked sometimes it did not. Same with the outlet to the right of the stove, didn't always work. There was also a bunkbed in the living room which is not pictured or listed when we booked and it takes up a lot of space in the living area. Seemed like it had been recently added and then a chair across from it right outside the bathroom that was previously elsewhere before the beds were added just made it very crowded. We really enjoyed our trip, however, for the money spent I think these things should definitely be fixed. Last, we typically get a welcome email a day or 2 before the trip with check in info, but we never received one this time.

Excellent Unit

My wife and I have been coming to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 7 years and this was one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. The unit is updated and has everything you need. If I had 1 wish it would have had some larger coffee cups. Will definitely be reserving this place again.
