Sea Vista Condominiums is a fantastic beachfront complex located on the southern end of South Padre.
The condominium complex features two pools, private beach access, and gated parking for all vehicles.
It is located in close walking distance to several restaurants and retail on SPI!

Sea Vista I #111 is conveniently located on the 1st floor and offers guests very nice accommodations.
The living room is tastefully decorated, has a flat screen tv, and offers ample seating for guests to relax.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, making preparing family meals a breeze!

The master bedroom is very spacious and entails a king bed.
The 1st guest room has two full beds.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed.

This condo does have a washer and dryer for rental guests to use while on vacation.
Getting to the beach is easy from this ground floor condo, just leave through the back sliding glass door, and you are steps away from the sand!

Cozy(but needs to be updated) condo with Good access to pool and beach

Very last minute family trip! We love the Sea vista building and location The Condo Unit #111 worked out great for our family of 5, but it is older and needs to be updated, didn’t feel clean when we arrived. (Kitchen and living area) Had two issues BUT property manager was super fast to get it fixed 5 stars for that! Overall we enjoyed our stay

Friendly and informative staff. Hats off to LAUREL at SPI Rental!!! Beautiful view from the back patio, plenty of space, and all the amenities you will need, and only a couple of minutes to the beach. Did have a small problem with back door being stuck. Call SPI rentals to report and maintenance was there within 20 minutes. Problem- resolved. We will SURELY BOOK this location AGAIN.

Bad communication, no beach towels, sheetrock falling!!!

The check in process was a mess; who doesn't use lockboxes? They hide the key??? The communication between their front office and myself was terrible in getting the key, which should be a simple procedure. Their employee told me, "We all make mistakes." She is right, but this was the start of my vacation. There are NO Beach towels in this condo, just the little cheap white ones. How can you have a property on this beautiful beach without providing some big absorbent beach towels? There are no nice beach chairs to take down to the beach.. The two that are there are old and rusting. A two foot piece of sheetrock fell on our tub during our stay; luckily, no one was using it at the time. Lucky for SPI Rentals, Inc, the beach is beautiful and Sea Vista as a location is perfect, but they need to get their act together.

We have been revising our check-in procedures and our team made a mistake as you mentioned. We are working on smoothing out the new process so that it does not happen again. Regarding beach towels and beach chairs, we do not provided these items for our rental properties. Occasionally items are left from previous renters, but it is not a guarantee. We send every guest an email 3 - 4 weeks in advance of check-in which contains a list of items that we recommend bringing along, such as beach towels and chairs, as these items are not provided. We are sorry to hear that the check-in process and the maintenance items affected your stay in the way that it did and apologize for any inconvenience it caused you. Access to the beach was great, but wouldn’t stay in this condo again!

Overall the location is great but the condo itself was less then great. Quick access to the beach was the only GREAT feature, however this was known to us when we booked, as we have stayed at the Sea Vista Condos in the past. Several things to review at this point. 1. Cleanliness - We arrived at the scheduled time that our property stated to be ready, yet still located trash from the previous party within the condo and was advised the linens would be dropped off at a later time as they were not ready. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the condo we located a small roach, which was unexpected, as in our previous stays in other rentals we had not experienced this. As we progressed through our stay, we located roaches in the restroom as well as crawling on the walls. We sprayed and killed what we could. There was also ants and other small insects within the rental. 2. Air circulation - Poor quality. There are no fans within the rooms; therefore remember to bring your own fan as we had to purchase our own while there. If you close any doors to the rooms, it becomes stuffy and very uncomfortable at night. 3. Nightly pool usage - during the day the pool is very pleasant, noise level is minima off even there. At night, this changes drastically. Large parties at the pool, loud and very inconsiderate of others who’s ground floor rooms have patio access or doors/windows facing the pool. 4. Sprinklers - Use caution when leaving items on the patio as the sprinklers spray directly onto the patio leaving anything left out, a wet mess in the mornings. This was terrible as we had our items left to dry, not known if this occurred, to be dry to pack into our car before departure. At the end of this stay, I don’t believe we will rent with SPI Rentals in the future. Our previous rentals were done directly through the condo owner versus a rental company, I would recommend direct dealing with property owners versus a rental company.

Great Condo on the Beach with Great Staff

We had a wonderful vacation here. The Condo is in great condition and right on the beach. The Staff is wonderful and took care of all our needs. I will be coming back here soon! Condo had nice beds, furniture, and appliances, too. The Tennis / Pickle Ball Courts are great. Pool was nice, too. Most importantly I appreciate the Staff taking good care of us and always very friendly.

Family Vacation

We were extremely happy with accommodations at Sea Vista and SPI rentals. From the easy check in to the amazing site we choose to stay at. The condo was well equipped and spacious for our family of 6. The unit was quiet, and within steps to the beach, which we loved. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed the grassy area by our room and played games, hung out and enjoyed our view of the beach. Great place to stay.

Literally steps from the beach and to the pool!

Loved the fact that it's so close to the beach you can literally see the back door from the beach! And the pool from your bedroom door! Could definitely use a little update to the condo, specially the master bathroom.
