A clean and very comfortable place to stay where my young grandchild could visit and swim with her parents and I could keep my son's large, aging dog easily. The host was immediately responsive. The maintenance and repair contact was friendly and responsive but not always able to help resolve issues quickly. Even with those delays, the house worked well for our purposes and I would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

Great property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was super nice and very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Tempe area.

House is very nice, pool excellent and great location for moving my son into ASU. Very convenient. Run by a rental company so different than my other VRBO experiences but good communication. Would stay here again for sure.

Quiet neighborhood, close by the interstate.Our stay was relaxing, the pool is where we spent most of our time.Communication with the host was prompt!There were a few minor inconveniences that didn’t affect our trip (shower not draining properly, wobbly toilet, uncomfortable couches)Overall happy!

Nice house with pool

As was expected. A couple minor things, but overall really good for the price and location. Pool cleaner wasn't working when we first got there, but the manager had someone come fix it later that day.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed this home. The house was laid out well, it was clean, a little sparse in cookware, but that was easily remedied. The pool was wonderful, very clean and warm. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, plus only about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall convenient and clean. The two most important things.......... oh, that and the pool. Must have a pool. I would definitely consider this home again when coming back to Arizona.

The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were surprised the pool was not heated as that is one of the reasons we chose this house. Would have liked cushions on the patio furniture to make it a bit more comfortable while enjoying being outside. But overall experience was wonderful.

This is our second time staying here. We stayed last year and loved the pool so much we came back! We are in the pool all day until the pool gets shaded at 5:00 p.m. I also love the very large tv in the living room and good sized tv in the master bedroom. The pool table is a great addition for when you've had enough sun. It feels like home when I am here and I never want to leave. My only complaint is the noise from the freeway but it doesn't keep me from coming back!
