We had a really good stay at this property! The house only has on big room that isn't a bedroom, but that's ok because you can always be poolside or in the pool. The living room, breakfast nook, and kitchen are all in one area. The kitchen while being nice and spacious and laid out well, was a bit lacking on pots and pans. I know this is a newer property so I was able to look past this, besides there is a grill outside. One of the biggest perks of this property is that it has a laundry room and has beach towels. Having the towels already there meant we didn't have to pack them, saving space. Having the wash/dryer was also a bonus, with the kids in and out of the pool all day, plus going to the beaches it was really nice having a dryer. Internet was good, it handle everyones device usage.
The pool was one of the determining factor for us booking this property . We did pay the extra $25/day fee for the heater. I should've called the owner about it the first day, I don't think it was ever on, water was freezing, but the kids didn't mind a bit. That one was on me, should've been more willing to call. That being said it was nice to have the pool, we added to pool toy collection, there was a couple boogie boards, a lounger floatie, some noodles, dive toys, and a big ball. Another bonus of the pool is you get to see Chompers the resident goat that is on the other half of the property.
There is plenty of shopping and dining in close proximity to this property. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, aside from a really loud truck that I heard ripping down the road on several occasions. All and all we would stay here again. I think the addition of a decent soft sided cooler take to the beach would be a great addition for this property along with some updates of cookware would make this property over the top!
My family and I enjoyed staying here. The pool was a hit for my kids and being able to cook and not eat out every meal was a plus. The property manager Libby was amazing and super fast at responding to our needs!
This home was exactly what we needed for a family get together! Loved the open style layout, screened in pool, perfect shower pressure, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the nature preserve that's about a 20 minute walk away and very pleasant. Would love to stay here again! Only con was the weather was a bit chilly and we weren't able to use the pool even though we paid for heating it. Hopefully the weather gods pull through for us next time!
We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was excellent. Very quick to respond and very helpful with everything. Check in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend this for anyone’s stay.
House was nice and clean. Liked the open floor plan and bar/island to eat. TV’s were nice with lots of channels. Lots of privacy at dead end street. Management was polite and attentive. Close to everything including beaches. Back yard was not maintained but this was a minor issue. Used the bbq and pool a lot. Overall, nice place for a family getaway. I would recommend
We stayed here while visiting family in Sarasota. It was perfect for us, clean, quite neighborhood and my girls were obsessed with the resident goat on the other side of the fence! The first thing we did every morning was go say hello to him! The pool was warm and we were so happy there was an option to heat it. Communication with the host was good and they made everything very easy. We would definitely stay here again.
Very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to everything including beaches. My kids loved the heated pool. Great kitchen and eating area, comfortable bedrooms. Definitely a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone.
My wife and two twin boys stayed for a week. The house has a great living room and dining space, 3 bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms, and a private pool. It was perfect for us. The location is a little out of the way, but it was a real bargain, and great for the family. We actually appreciated the location because it was at the end of a quiet dead end street, and we are used to driving everywhere in Sarasota, but others might want to know that there's really nothing within walking distance.
I loved this house, it was quiet and perfect amount of room. I would love to go back over the summer to utilize that back yard more! It was close to everything and my hosts left detailed easy instructions.
Thank you!
Came to town for work and loved the property, on a dead end street last house so lots of privacy. They were more than accommodating. Had to extend our stay and wasn’t a issue. Highly recommend staying here
