Excellent home in east Fayetteville. We attended my granddaughter’s wedding at Sassafras Winery and this was the perfect location for us. Plus we were able to bring our senior dog.

This home was lovely and very clean. It was very close to the school in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by eateries and grocery stores. Checking in and out was simple. We made an amazing breakfast and hade plenty of pots and pans. I loved having my coffee on the patio surrounded by squirrels playing. Thank you Rachel, you made our stay wonderful. We will be back !

We traveled to Fayetteville for a youth baseball tournament. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. From checkin to check out, we enjoyed the comfortable beds, cleanliness of the home, and it was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. Lots of dinning options nearby. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. I will book here again next year! 10/10

Really great place. Tasteful, spacious, immaculate, felt new. Host was responsive and friendly when we had a bit of trouble with the door lock. Will recommend to others and will stay again!

Rachel, the host, was super good at getting back to us! We needed a late check out and she was very accommodating! We had everything we needed very well stocked! The house was comfortable and perfect for 4 adults and 2 littles. A home away from home!

Great stay overall! The house was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The location also felt very safe and convenient. The only downside was that the host didn’t respond when we had asked a question, so communication could have been a bit better. Other than that, we had a wonderful visit.

This was a charming home way more spacious then it shoes online. Something worth mentioning bc it matters to me , I’m a soaking girl lots of places say they have bathtubs but the drain never holds any water these tubs work beautifully and my arthritic body enjoyed the hot soak! Also there’s a birds nest on the porch we all enjoyed watching the baby birds in . The home was perfect for our Easter weekend stay would love to stay here again

We booked this 3-bedroom property expecting an experience to match the high nightly rate, but the home fell short. • Every morning, the showers and sinks only provided barely lukewarm water. Hot water was only available later in the day.• The backyard was uninviting and unusable. The yard was mostly mowed weeds, the awning was filthy, and the grill was tiny and worn out. The patio hadn't been cleaned in a long time—it was covered in dirt and spiders. Furthermore, for a 3-bedroom home that accommodates groups, there were only 2 dirty chairs available for use.• The second bathroom lacked washcloths. In the kitchen, the lighting was poor and the ceiling screen was visibly dirty. The garage was cluttered with items and dirty so we parked outside.• We wasted over an hour just troubleshooting the TV. The connections were not set up properly and there were absolutely no instructions provided to figure out the remote.• To top off a disappointing stay, the host's checkout instructions required us to start the laundry for the towels and strip the beds. When paying a premium nightly rate, stripping beds and starting heavy laundry should absolutely not be the guest's responsibility.We would not recommend at this price point. However, if the price was less expensive, some of these items could be overlooked for a short stay.

Great house for the weekend

This is a great rental…perfect location (avoided heavy traffic on west side of town), incredibly clean, comfortable furnishings, responsive host, great price. Would absolutely stay here again.
