NEW HOT TUB IS IN: We just took delivery of a BRAND NEW 7 Person Bullfrog Hot Tub.

Location: Just off of Royal Tiger and Highpoint perched above Gold Flake Subdivision, this all paved road access home has great access to the best of Breckenridge, by foot, bike or car. Professionally plowed driveway during winter months makes things easier, but during heavy snowfall you'll need good traction to get up High Point or you go can go a back way up Boroeas Pass Road.

Fantastic Breckenridge Stay

The house is wonderful. Enough room to bring several families. Large living and entertainment areas. Fantastic outdoor space and hot tub that would amazing in the summer or winter. 5 minute drive to main street and skiing. Responsive host if needed. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Christmas/New Year 2024/2025

Great location lots of space for a family of 5 and more with easy access to gondola to top of mountain and to all local restaurants. We had tons of snow so you will definitely need 4-wheel drive (as mentioned in ad as well as owner let us know in advance). Also, perfectly set up to dine in with fully equipped kitchen and grill. 2 car heated garage made it easy to get up and go. Hot tub and heated pads to access tub were awesome after a day on the slopes. Great communication with owner.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Base for our long Mountain Weekend

The home is beautiful and very well appointed. It was very clean when we arrived, and everything throughout the house is well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need. Basket of towels placed by the door to the hot tub is a nice touch. Couldn't have had a better place for our mountain getaway.

Family ski weekend

This home was beautiful! very spacious and comfortable for all of us. In a quiet and lovely neighborhood just minutes from everything. The hot tub was wonderful under the stars. The owners were awesome and very accomodating. We did not need anything else! Had a blast

Amazing property

The house was fantastic. The location was a short (~5minutes) to the mountain to ski, and quicker to downtown. The house had everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic property and owner!

The home was just perfect for our group of family and friends with plenty of space for all! The lay out of the home was super and the utility room was a great space for ski prep! The new hot tube was wonderful and located close to the back door for easy access! The owner of the home was very availalble and communicative about our stay giving us very detailed information about the home and the check in and out process! We highly recommend this home for a great Breckenridge, Colorado vacation!
