You can’t get much closer to the beach then this condo. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen has an abundance of cookware and plenty of dishes. The condo was clean and very homey. Highly recommend. :)

Condo was ok but needed work

The AC broke. They fixed it but it shouldnt have happened. The balcony door wont lock and it is corroded from the salt water. The front door lock is hard to lock from the outside. The cable tv instructions were hidden and hard to follow. Mediocre at a premium price.

Sea Colony 2 bedroom low rise

This unit needs updating - a paint job, new window treatments, new screen door to terrace and a new lock that works without aggrevation. The cleaning service should be ashamed to collect a fee, the unit was less than clean when we checked in. That being said, the parking spot is excellent and tbe location has a good view and very easy access to pool and beach.

Cozy condo

Nice location (right on the edge of Sea Colony, closest to the town of Bethany), very clean and beds were comfy. A nice view of the ocean unobstructed by other buildings. Would stay there again.

Perfect location - right on the beach, two steps from swimming pool. Quiet, perfect for families.

Property is definitely 5 stars, but we had such a problem with parking. First when we arrive , it took us good 30 minutes (imagine with tired screaming kids in the car after a long drive from Maryland) to figure out where we were supposed to park our car. Asked guard several times, drove around the complex, finally my husband found someone who explained that we can take two spots under our condo, which we did. Which turned out to be wrong - one day a guy almost broke into our condo, yelling that we took his spot, and that he is calling the police on us. My husband and my brother in law tried to calm him down, explaining that we did not mean to do that, that we did not have any information whatsoever about parking rules, and that what we were told by an employee of a complex. So, long story short, we moved one of our cars to the unmarked parking spot, that we found away from the condo. That was very unpleasant incident, that definitely we could have avoided if had any information on parking from the owner/manager, or who ever is responsible for providing that. Other than that this condo is our vacation place for next year for sure!

Summer 2020

Excellent convenience to private beach, beautiful sunrise and beach views from this unit. Clean, pretty property, surprised with a previously broken PVC bathroom shower pipe that pops out of place and broken toilet seat in master bath and shower rod just balanced on top of shower edge no tension to the rod, otherwise comfortable and clean, decent supplies of linens and towels with the purchased package. Surprised to have to pay for passes to use the pools and beach, doesn’t come with already steep rental fees.
