Amazing Views

We chose this property because the views looked amazing and it did not disappoint. The floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls in the common room gave us amazing views. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc), dish/washer soap, and a dish scrub sponge that were very helpful. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms a good size, the handsoap and small shampoos/conditioners were a very nice addition.

Perfect Vacation!

This spacious vacation rental was so beautiful! The view of the ocean was incredible and the kitchen, one of the bathrooms, and carpeting were all new. It was also so convenient being on the 2nd floor as we could use the nearby stairwell to go one flight down to the beach. Our weather was perfect, other than 1/2 day of rain. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!

I can't say enough great things about this place! The condo itself is fully stocked, and a great spot for all ages. We have two little girls who had so much fun and enjoyed all the space the condo offered. The views are stunning, and it was so nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise that we could watch from the couch. We lucked out with amazing weather in November, so the beach being so close was a bonus! And you can't beat the location, everything is in walking distance. Definitely looking to go back during the warmer months to enjoy all there is to offer in the complex. I highly recommend!

What a view!

Walking into this home was pure joy! The nicest I have ever rented the past several years in Sea Colony. The corner of windows provided a great view! Excellent new furniture out on the deck was fantastic to sit out in which we did almost the entire time. Nicely appointed with updates in the kitchen, the hall bath and powder room gave it such a great feel. Other units are so dated, this was a treat! Comfy and plenty of living room furniture, chairs to eat, cable and TVs in every room. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great until the last day.

The property was wonderful. Great view from the balcony. Well-appointed kitchen with working ice maker. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The only turn off was upon leaving when my sister and brother-in-law went to remove the linens from the bed, they found a dirty mattress cover (what looked like old blood stains) and a comforter that also looked like it had old blood stains droplets on it. I am including in the review so you will make the correction and pay attention to the details. You also may want to brush the dust off of the ceiling fans. Thanks for a great week and hope to return in '23.

Beautiful condo, disappointed w/colony

This condo was perfect for all our needs. Unfortunately, the amenities of Sea Colony were not up to expectations. The indoor pool heater was not working (water temp at 78) so we had to go to the Freeman Center (driving across 'campus') and that water was just as chilly. My granddaughter (as well as myself) were unable to to take advantage of indoor swimming which we were VERY much hoping for!!!

COMFORTABLE

We have been coming to Sea Colony for more than 25 years now, and have rented in every building except Annapolis and Island. Sharing the week with a large extended family has allowed us to visit units in those buildings as well. One of the first things I noticed about this unit was the comfort level - a description that requires no embellishment when mentioned to those who have stayed in like units. The furniture is of human scale without hard edges or oversoft sink holes, the lighting (unusually!) is much better than adequate for night-time reading, the kitchen cupboards are well-stocked, and the bedroom and bath arrangements are just short of perfect for my family. Even the parking arrangements are more comfortable than the usual. Now add to this the spectacular view (even better than what is represented in the picture), proximity to the elevators (there are two sets in this building), the obvious upgrading that is going on in this unit, the personal touch and communication from the owner, and the proximity to the pool and beach are reasons we reserved this unit again for next year while 2 days into our current stay. A hint: Pay attention to the owner's notes posted on the kitchen wall and contained in your key packet. My only worry is that by publishing this review I may well be pricing myself out of future visits!

Fantastic!

We've been renting at Sea Colony for over a decade and this may be our new, favorite place. The corner balcony makes for a great view of the ocean - and overlooks the pool. The 2nd floor location means you can use the stairs to come and go and not wait for the elevator. And it’s a short, 10-15 min walk on the beach to Bethanny and the boardwalk. The condo has all the essentials and the 3 bedrooms were plenty of room for the 6 of us. We look forward to a return visit!
