Great Unit!

We stay at Sea Colony every year. We loved this unit because it was perfectly located, spacious, and it was perfectly outfitted for a week’s stay at the beach. We are hoping to get this same unit next year. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just needed a place for the weekend.. what is better than a weekend at the beach?? View of the water was great. Apartment was great too.

We spent a nice quiet winter week end. Very nice apartment probably more fit for spring and summer but we needed some change in scenery and this was great. Kitchen well equipped. Great games!

Amazing Memorial Day Weekend!

We loved our stay! The views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony were amazing! Right on the beach! Walking and biking distance to downtown Bethany. The decor was charming. Fully equipped kitchen and all the little amenities and conveniences you would need! Improvements recommended would be furniture for balcony and new mattresses on all beds, except Day bed in master bedroom. Thank you

Wonderful...except the beds

We loved the location, the property itself, and the condo. The only exception is the beds. The master bed was fine, but the two beds in the secondary room were hard as rocks. They desperately need to be replaced.

We loved the view and convenience to the beach and pickleball courts. The unit needs some love, a top to bottom cleaning (the vents are covered in dust) and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Also the primary bathroom doesn’t have a working fan or a door that latches shut.

Needs many repairs

Air conditioning needs replaced - condo was hot. Fans were everywhere so owner knew the AC does not work. Garbage disposal was leaking - mold was under sink. Slats on DR chairs were broken. Something was leaking - carpet by Bathroom was all wet. Balcony furniture was all rusted. Lights were burned out in Master bath room and shower curtain was falling apart.

Loved the unit, but not clean.

The actual apartment was great and would recommend it, but I have had multiple issues with Sea Colony since Vacasa has taken over in regards to the cleanliness. Each time I have rented at Sea Colony managed by Vacasa, the units are not fully clean and I have had to re-clean most of it myself. This time I found broken glass in the carpet. My family loves the units, the community, and the area, but the cleanliness makes us question whether we want to go back. I thought it was one-off situations, but now am realizing it is a trend. I have brought this to Vacasa's attention multiple times but all they do is apologize without actually taking any action.

This property is not as pictured. The furniture is worn and dirty. Mildew on shower curtin. Beds are not as pictured on site. Black mold on carpet. We had to ask to have unit recleaned, which after several days they did. Complex was nice but the unit was not. I'd be concerned renting through you again.
