This rental was beautiful and spacious. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, full size washer & dryer. Spectacular view. Everything you need in a rental! We would book here again.

Wonderful stay

We immensely enjoyed our one week stay at this spacious unit! We wish that we could have stayed longer. It was offseason so it was very empty and quiet around us, an added bonus! The only issues we had were mold on the patio chairs (maybe they just hadn’t been used and cleaned up this year), and spotty cable in the guest room. The cable was great in the other two rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Choice

This is our first visit to Sea Colony and we were quite happy with our choice. 1002N Edgewater House was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was spectacular! The kitchen is well-equipped. The unit is in a great location, within walking distance of several restaurants. It was a pleasure to deal with Vacasa. Perhaps the next time we return, both pools in Edgewater will be open.

Lovely Place!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed as well as other things we need not use. They had bowls, plates, silverware, a pitcher, utensils, frying pan, and others! The refrigerator is big and there is a built in ice maker in the freezer! The washer and dryer worked great! The beds were comfortable! The rooms were stocked with towels and extra linen for the sofa bed! We certainly had enough for the 5 of us. The balcony was great with amazing views! There is enough seating for everyone and lots of closet space! We were very pleased staying here and we would certainly rent again! Just a note - The assigned parking spot is a parallel parking spot. We didnt realize this until we got there and were surprised, but you get the hang of it quickly!

Dirty and in need of renovation.

This unit was dirty, musty smelling and was in need of updates and maintenance. The beds had stained and torn comforters. The grout on the floors was in need of a deep cleaning. The air filter was filthy and was obviously not changed in over a year. The water heater was off. The master shower was pretty gross with mold in the corners and was in need of renovation and maintenance. The view was nice but it doesn’t make up for how gross and poorly maintained the unit is.

Rental was not ready at 3. After cleaning, towels left in the unit and all linen/laundry sat in front of the unit our entire stay. Carpet gross and unit had an odd smell. Light and shower faucet in master bath broken. Would not rent this one again

I will never rent anything associated with Vacasa. No hot water for close to 48 hours, no communication of any issues from property management or vacasa. Only refunded 50% of days impacted. Also asked for resort fees to be reimbursed, never heard back from the guy. Couldn’t use any of the amenities such as gym or pool. The clear lack of communication between the management and vacasa is quite embarrassing. We will be staying elsewhere moving forward. Weren’t offered any water. Spoke with an owner who shared the same sentiment

Nice place, great location. Few things would have made it better. Clear directions on use of living room TV/componets. WiFi clearing marked in house. It was a day before we realized it was on the back of the key to the unit. Would be nice to have working ice maker. Master bath tub doesn't drain properly...little dangerous.

Nice Unit BUT DON'T GO DURING CONSTRUCTION - Or if you are sensitive to the odor of smoke

Great view, well equipped, good size balcony, BUT only TWO Stars because Vacasa took our booking knowing that we would be there during construction AND when we called prior to our stay to determine the net effect of the construction inconvenience, they told me they would check and call me back but never did. ALSO - a lingering odor of prior smokers (two of the three adults in our party noticed it. Special note - short people should not rent this unit as the toilets are not just high but the highest we have ever seen.

We love Sea Colony!

This unit has everything we need! We prepare and eat most of our meals in the unit and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware (it does need more coffee mugs and spoons). All the appliances work well. The only problem with the unit is that many (almost 50%) of the electrical outlets don’t work or are so loose that the plugs fall right out. I removed one star for this. Thank you, Sea Colony and 1002N! We had a wonderful time!

This condo was perfect for our getaway with our 2 teens. The view is amazing, balcony is big, and we could sleep to the sound of the surf. It was impeccably clean and beds are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future!
