Lovely villa in a great location

Erick was a helpful host. The villa was clean and very comfortable, and also well stocked- we enjoyed our daily coffees! The pool was clean, and the location of the villa was great. Would recommend!!

Lovely, well-equipped property close to centre

Great base for holiday to enjoy La Rochelle and surrounds. House is well equipped with some clever technology. Pool heated to take-off the chill. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nous étions 7 adultes et avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette maison magnifique. Elle est en tous points conforme à sa description sur l'annonce mais une fois dedans on la trouve encore mieux ! Elle est également très bien située : toute proche à pied à la fois du centre-ville (10-15 minutes), de la plage (5-10 minutes) et des commerces de bouche (Moins de 5 minutes). L'accueil était également très agréable. En bref une adresse que nous recommandons chaudement.

Neun Nächte zu fünft (drei Kinder von 11 bis 17) – wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vier Schlafzimmer und drei Duschbäder heißen: jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort, morgens muss niemand warten. Küche, Klimaanlage und WLAN einwandfrei, alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war das Kinder-Highlight, die Lage am Parc Charruyer ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Altstadt.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: sehr herzlich, unkompliziert erreichbar und am Abreisetag haben sie uns sogar samt Gepäck zum Bahnhof gefahren. Klare Empfehlung für Familien.

Maison de ville qui offre des prestations exceptionnelles

2 adultes et 5 enfants , quel chambard ! Mais nous sommes arrivés et avons été accueilli très agréablement et nous avons passé une semaine apaisante, une maison avec de très belles prestations, tout proche du entre ville et du port . Des couchages de qualité, très soignés. Tout est fait pour y trouver du repos et y passer de bons moments
