Nah Ha is one of the best properties in Cozumel. The views are spectacular and saw a spotted eagle rays come out of the water from the balcony. Very comfortable and the staff is outstanding. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.
We stayed here for a week, and we very much enjoyed the amenities that were offered along with the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the view is amazing. The property could use a little updating but the host/owner is super communicative and is already working on a few minor updates.

We were happy to host John and his group. Very good communication at all times , clean and timely checkout . As owner of other rental properties he helped us confirm on upgrades and general maintenance , already finished immediately after their departure, as we yearly do in low season. We were able to facilitate airport pickup and same upon departure.
Will gladly host him back again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Nah ha 802! The owner was easily accessible through WhatsApp throughout our stay and so flexible as we had travel troubles. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were here for Ironman Cozumel and it’s on the run route which made it easy to cheer on my husband. The views, both jungle and ocean, are exquisite! Also as we are in the north end of Cozumel it is much quieter and relaxed. Finally we decided to extend our stay and the owner made this so easy. If we come back to Cozumel, this is the place to stay! Thank you

First night of their stay once explained as my error we agreed to compensate pay for two rooms in a 5 * + hotel , transportation to and from the hotel with no delays regarding checkin time.
During their stay they broke house rules ( quiet hours) that required our security personnel in order to stop misuse of common areas
The reported safe issue was a simple battery replacement . Unfortunately my guests did not contact our personnel that solve these requests without delays.
We apologize for the inconveniences found and will keep working on improving our services .

Mattresses were poor-very uncomfortable. We had told them we rented our own vehicle -we arrived Saturday and their vehicle was in our parking spot. I asked them to move it, was told it had a dead battery and it would be Monday when they could move it. I had to ask on Monday afternoon when it would he moved-finally removed on Tuesday .
The ceiling on the primary shower was peeling off. The shower head was clogged and had poor water pressure. We have rented other units in the Nah Ha , which we would rent again. We would never rent this unit again !
Condo is Great! Location, Views, Property all terrific!! Condo could use a little maintenance and few more supplies. M/Bath had no Kleenex and 1 roll of Toilet Paper and no Hot Water at Sink, and we all ran out of toilet paper on last day. Kitchen Sink Faucet is broken as well. Great Time other wise....
Right from the beginning we were met by the property manager, Polo and he immediately helped us get to our unit. This is a penthouse unit that overlooks the crystal clear ocean water just beyond the infinity pool. The unit is very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. During our stay we cooked many of our meals in the condo which includes high end appliances and cookware. The unit is located just north of town and is a great location to walk, jog or run along the sidewalk that line the avenue directly on the ocean. Taxi's run up and down this avenue all day and for about $5 US you can get a ride into town. Overall we had a great time for the month we spent in this condo and the owner Emidgio was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
