We were very satisfied with our family vacation stay at the Morrison House. The location was perfect for quick beach spot access and allowed for quick runs to sunrise/sunsets. The interior layout was ideal for family gathering/food sharing and space was clean and as described. Thank you!

This is the best luxury property on old orchard beach, directly on the ocean with beautiful views on all floors and a large comfortable master suite. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. This is our third stay here with our extended family and we will definitely be back. 5 stars all around.

great beach location. Town is quite sketchy but the beach access was perfect and a fantastic beach. House could use some TLC. bedrooms on second floor were hot but master was fine. bed comfort was just okay. House had lots of spices/needs/TP. price paid should have been more updated. fridge had a mat in front due to leakage and floor getting ruined because of it. lots of bathrooms. great space for the grandkids Overall house worked just fine.

Fantastic house with amazing beach access. We had a large group of friends just looking for a relaxing weekend, and it was perfect for just chilling out and catching up. Easy access to Old Orchard Beach and a quick drive to Portland to enjoy restaurants. The host was fantastic and very easy to work with. Highly recommended for a nice, chill Maine getaway!

Our family of 18, ranging in age from 5 months to 96 years old, had the time of our lives at Odessa by the Sea at Old Orchard Beach! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, and the home was perfect for everyone, with accessibility and fun for all ages.The house was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub overlooking the sea was the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. From beach days and cocktails on the deck to family dinners and quality time together, every moment was special.We made memories we’ll cherish forever and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. We highly recommend Odessa by the Sea working with Jason was a breeze, he responded immediately to all out-reach, excellent host. Our family can’t wait to come back!The Goreham Family!

This place was fabulous in all aspects. Spaciousness, amenities, seating area, dining area, proximity to rhe beach, beautiful sunrises - you name it, this place has it. It even had an elevator which was great for moving luggage and older people between the three floors. I almost forgot to mention the great communication with the owner.

Great Place to Gather

Jason's place was exactly as advertised, steps from the beach and a great place to gather with friends. Plenty of spaces to hang out as a group or break off and lounge in a smaller setting. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous off-season rental!

We hosted our staff appreciation party at this property and could not have asked for a more perfect home for everyone to spread out and have a couple wonderful nights! The bedroom were so comfortable as well! It was lovely to be on the beach when it was still quiet!

What a perfect location! We were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. It was so convenient having the beach right there. Everything we needed was available. The set up in the house itself was perfect for my family. Each family had their own private bathrooms and area. So much space!! Multiple decks to enjoy the view and outdoors. The sunrises were amazing! Highly recommend!

Boys weekend getaway

Beautiful location even in the offseason, gorgeous house with plenty of room for guests. Very close to Portland for a nice dinner and some drinks. We also went and played some golf at summit in OOB and had a blast. Outdoor grill was perfect and overall we had a great time! Excellent host excellent location and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend highly.

Great views and wonderful for large group

We stayed at the property with a group of girl friends and had a wonderful time. The property has amazing views, very easy access to the beach, ample parking and all the amenities. The property is also close to other amenities. The host was very responsive. Would definitely visit again.
