From the moment we walked in the door we were so impressed. The layout, the spaciousness of the home was ideal. We were traveling with a toddler and a dog, so imagine our relief when we saw the pool gate. Also thrilled to find a high chair and crib for our little one.Michael, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to stay at your lovely home again.
This was our 4 th year at this property . It is clean , spacious has lovely lanai and pool . The house is very conveniently located and our host is a prince among men !
We loved our stay at this home for July 4th week. The pool is beautiful and the house was well equipped. It was a very boat short ride from the canal to open waters. Five minute drive to Publix for groceries.
We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family for the week!
The house is over the top. The accommodations and location are great. Very spacious kitchen with a family room perfect to share unforgettable moments with your love ones. Nice pool with a relaxing jacuzzi to enjoy a perfect view. I would definitely recommend this gourgeous house. Thanks for everything.

Eldrys, We were very happy to have you and your family at Calling Waters, We are also happy your stay was enjoyable and it is our hope you will come again.
Thank you.
We loved the house! Wonderful location, super clean and lots of extras you do not have to bring from home! We caught huge snook off the dock! We brought our boat and the lift was so convenient. Everything was perfect . The best place our family of four has ever stayed. Mike, the host, is awesome!!! Book it :)
A charming cabin vacation with easy access to the snowmobile trails! Lovely decorations and a clean interior! It was perfect for our family of five. The best part of this rental is the owners. They are so friendly and their kindness can not be beat! Thank you for being so amazing! Will definitely book again with them in the future!
Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and host reaponded well. We dropped one star since there was no shampoo or lotion. There was bodywash probably left from previous tenants. Also, there was a washer and a dryer, but an empty Detergent container in the closet. Although we did not prepare meals there, there did appear to be a well provided kitchen
We brought our 23ft Center Console boat to enjoy. Not knowing the area we didn’t know what to expect. Getting out to the gulf was accessible with a marked channel. As with any body of water, checking tide is a must. Just make sure your boat is on plane when leaving the canal. Residents have marked the mangrove area with PVC to make it easier, which was super helpful. The house was very clean, and well stocked cooking needs, pool towels, extra bedding, etc. And also had plenty of space for everyone! Also, having the extra lot across the street was great for parking the boat trailers.

The Malone family was great to have as guests at our house! They left the house very clean as if it was their own. We would love to have them back.
Bad experience with this property and with Host. I would stay away from this one. Among the list of problems and most notable, the boat dock advertised in the listing was occupied by the owner’s boat. I had to pay for a marina a 45 minute drive away. The owner never admitted any wrong doing or help with any of the extra cost. In fact, told us he would make things right only after we have posted a 5 start review. Also, boat access to the house is only possible during high tide when the water is almost 2 ft deep. This would be during late night on many days. Staying here was the opposite of Vacation or Relax.

We have gladly spent thousands of dollars to insure a great stay for our many happy guests. This person brought a 30' boat to a 25' lift. She clearly did not read the property description. The john boat at the lift is for our guest use and is easily moved to our other lift. She waited until she was on her way to ask about the water levels. Poor planning. Then she wanted money from me to fund her boating ineptness. Which I offered to split with her in an attempt not to have our good name slandered. She wanted more money and I declined. Not welcome back.
Every thing you might need to enjoy your stay plenty of room and space to spread out wonderful location and great boating experience. Wonderful place to unwind and relax
This house was just what we needed for a large group of friends staying together for the weekend. The house was super clean with a lot of towels and everything we needed for our stay. The house provided enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We bought our own boat and spend most of the weekend boating. If you plan on bringing a boat, pay close attention to the tides. The canal and channel can get very shallow. We never had an issue but we made sure to check the tides each morning. Our group would definitely stay here again!

Joy and her group were great guests ! They kept the house clean . We would gladly have them back.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but this place was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in!! Everything was in pristine shape and felt so clean and nice. We were all so amazed at how clean it was. The tile floor grout was even clean and looked almost new. The tile showers were also a perfectly clean white grout. Where as normally most tile showers have “wear and tear” on them. You could even just about eat off of the garage floor, it was all that clean!! The pool was also amazing, and the view is great as well. We will definitely be back! This home had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!
House was conveniently located to marina, restaurants and shopping
Owner has very nice place that served all of our needs and was conveniently located

About the host
Hosted by MICHAEL
My wife Kathy and I love the Pine Island area and love to have guests enjoy our homes while we are away in Illinois. Hosting is rewarding because it allows us to share this great place in the world with others who enjoy a connection to the water. We have enjoyed sailing the waters of Lake Michigan and the Caribbean and love to get out into Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf.
Why they chose this property
Serenity Cove subdivision is a peaceful and friendly neighborhood that is very welcoming to our guests. We call all our neighbors friends and love spending time with them.
What makes this property unique
Pine Island is one of the last "old school" Florida locations on the west coast of Florida. This area is not the place if you are looking for a beach party but surely offers the opportunity to visit uninhabited beaches if you are the willing to look for them. There is some of the best fishing and boating available in the country right in these waters. Or just relax at the pool year round.
