Great Location

We loved our stay at Chuck and Patty’s. The villa is centrally located on a nice quiet street near Sea Breeze Rec Centre and close to dozens of golf courses. Chuck and Patty were excellent hosts, checking in frequently to make sure we were happy. They even loaned us a second golf cart when our boys came to visit.

Life in Paradise

This was our first time renting from hosts Chuck and Patty and we were very happy with the accommodations and their hospitality. The villa had been recently updated and was very comfortable. The best and most notable aspect of this property is its location. It is central to the three town squares and close to shopping. We did not have a car during our two month stay and we had no problem getting to where we wanted to go on the golf cart, which was included in the rental. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Return to Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Chuck and Patty’s villa so much last year that we returned to Paradise again this year. The villa has had some additional updates, is very comfortable and has a homey atmosphere. It is centrally located to the three town squares and is close to multiple golf courses, recreation centers and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring The Villages via the golf cart provided by our hosts and look forward to more explorations next year. Thank you Chuck and Patty for your unending hospitality. We look forward to returning for three months in 2024.

TY for your wonderful review. It was again a pleasure hosting you and Cheryl in 2023. Pat loves to come with me when I need to mow and do outside work. She told me she could sit and talk with the two of you all day long, you're so much fun! We also want to offer special thanks for the way you care our Villa. We look forward to again seeing you in 2024.

February in The Villages

Finding a one-month rental for February in The Villages is challenging and we were fortunate to get one. The home was very clean and perfect for the two of us. There is some updating that needs to be done and the owner informed us that many of those updates would be happening this spring. The owner was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up and always followed up to make sure that things were corrected to our satisfaction. We hope to stay there again.

Martha, TY for the kind words, it was a pleasure having you and Louie in our Villa for March. I'd like to give Louie special thanks for the care he took with our cart as well as a few little things he attended to in the Villa. Your email with suggestions were excellent and will be taken care of. It's wonderful to have great feedback from tenants to help us make the Villa much improved for our next visitors. Pat and I hope to have you back!
