About this property

This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. Great ocean view from a covered porch! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for the owner's use. Very quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with shopping and dining. The house sits high up and has great ocean views from the covered porch! There are stairs from the yard to the street, then only about 3 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!

Quiet beach remedy

This property was perfect for me. I was looking for something with an old beach cottage feel on a section of beach without high rises or condominiums. I was able to sit on the back deck and watch the ocean while reading or enjoying a meal. It was a very peaceful location with a very short walk to the beach.

a great week!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and sitting on the outdoor patio watching the waves feeling the breeze. We all slept great, too. The cottage was cozy and we had everything we needed.
