Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist ruhig und in einem sehr schönen Wohnviertel. Gleichzeitig findet man in der Nähe alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alles, was man benötigt. Besonders praktisch ist auch die Nähe zum Strand, sodass man Ausflüge ans Meer spontan einplanen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und voll klimatisiert – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die geschlossene Hofeinfahrt mit Schiebetor, in der problemlos zwei Autos Platz haben. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Auch die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und sehr herzlich. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour parfait, les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La villa était très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. On voit que le propriétaire apporte beaucoup de soin à l'accueil et à l'entretien. Le quartier est calme, proche des principales attractions touristiques de la région. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, le seul risque est que vous ne vouliez plus quitter ce lieu :)

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passer un séjour en famille et amis dans la villa de Christel. La maison est superbe il y a beaucoup d’espaces et très bien pensée, tout y est parfait et d’une propreté impeccable. La literie est fantastique. La climatisation est un plus durant les fortes chaleur de l’été. La piscine et la cuisine d’extérieur qui complètent la maison sont parfait. Christel est très accueillant et réactif, il nous a donné des conseils sur les restaurants, plages et endroits à visiter. Nous recommandons cette villa pour tout vos passages dans ce magnifique petit village proche d’autres grandes villes (Palavas, Sète…)

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist modern, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist genauso, wie auf der Website beschrieben. Der Vermieter Christel ist freundlich und pragmatisch, der gesamte Prozess verlief reibungslos. Wir waren zu acht vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Sehr empfehlenswertes, perfektes Haus

Das Haus liegt wunderbar eingebettet in ruhiger Lage in Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone. Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus lässt an nichts zu wünschen übrig. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es auch einen neueren Kinderspiel- und Sportplatz. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung sehr empfehlen.
