High ceilings, tall windows, and numerous glass sliders bring in all the Florida sunshine. Wide canal with views of Lake Louise offers an uncrowded waterfront experience. Master bedroom suite has a slider to the heated pool and lanai, plenty of closet space, and a beautiful master bathroom complete with a cozy window bench, double sinks, vanity, deep tub, and a walk-in tiled shower. There are two more bedrooms and a guest bathroom. In addition, there is an extra room set up as a private office with a desk, monitor, and ethernet connection. Ceiling fans in almost every room including the lanai (except the gaming room) ensure comfort at all hours. A large screened pool, patio, and lanai offer the perfect setup to entertain guests. Swim and relax in the Italian inspired heated pool and spa. A third bathroom conveniently exists right off the Lanai. When one feels the desire to cozy up indoors, there is a game room with a pool table, video game multi-arcade system, and a number of board games.

This is a comfortable and spacious three bedroom home with private office and game room with a pool table and multi-arcade system. A fishing dock on the wide Lotus canal with views of Lake Louise allows convenient fishing, or use it to park your boat at the home when not on the water. The Lotus canal is wider than a normal canal and has access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. Explore by boat all the wonderful waterways Cape Coral has to offer. Be sure to keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees!

The backyard sports a large relaxing heated saltwater spa and pool under a covered lanai, complete with Italian inspired statues and fountains, that allows one to soak up the sun or retreat in the shade. Fish right from your backyard, and from the comfort of your home. Try your hand at catching the number of different species of fish that swim in the saltwater fed canal and Lake Louise.

The home is very spacious allowing one to stretch out and be comfortable. The guest bathrooms have tiled showers. The office is equipped with internet, both Wi-Fi and ethernet, and a monitor. Just hook up your laptop and you can work from your new home. The office does have a futon for the nights you work late and just need to crash right then and there! The front entryway of the home is also screened in allowing for a breeze to go through the home with no worries of bugs.

Pool table, Arcade system, cable TV with hundreds of channels, and a collection of family friendly board games, allows entertainment options for when one can't or does not want to venture outside. You don’t have to miss family game night while away on vacation. When you feel the need to do something else other than lounge around the pool or fish, there are two fishing kayaks with life vests and four bicycles (three adult and one youth cycle)with a scooter for the little ones available for use.

The neighborhood is in a section with a number of nice newer homes that can only be entered from one road, allowing for peace, quiet, and low traffic.
