Casa Molleo- Jungle Hideaway

Casa Molleo is a beautiful home constructed in 2020. The house is situated on a large private lot in a peaceful residential community. The house is equipped with dip pool with a baja deck, a spacious kitchen, 3 private and comfortable bedrooms and amazing jungle views.

Location: The home is located in the new Samara Woods residential community less than 5 minutes from the coastal town of Samara - close to the beach and town amenities, but far enough away from the action and noise to appreciate the tranquil jungle paradise.

Access: Casa Molleo is located 100 km (1 hr 45 min) from the Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia and 220 km (4 hrs) from the Juan Santamaria International Airport near San Jose. The nearest city is Nicoya which is approximately 35 km (40 min) north of Casa Molleo. Casa Molleo is situated 0.5 km from the paved and well-maintained Samara Highway (Ruta 150) along a gently rolling gravel road. The driveway does however require 4-wheel drive to get up the short but steep gravel incline.

Pool: The dip pool with baja deck is the perfect place to cool off and relax. The pool gets full sun most of the day and has an umbrella for shade on the baja deck. There are 2 chairs that you can put on the baja deck to sit with your feet in the water. Pool floaties and towels are provided. The pool is maintained on Tuesday and Thursday.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Small appliances include microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and toaster. The large Samsung refrigerator has an ice maker. The kitchen also has an electric stove and dishwasher. Plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, various drinking glasses, cooking utensils, tupperware, baking sheets, pots and pans are all included. There is also an outdoor propane grill with grilling utensils.

Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom on the upper level includes large balcony with 2 chairs and a hammock chair. The bathroom includes a shower and a dual sink vanity. The bedroom also includes ample closet space, a desktop workspace, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The King-sized bed has Sealy mattress. There is also a small TV and DVD player in the bedroom as well as an ethernet port for faster wi-fi for remote workers.

Bedroom 2 & 3- The other two bedroom are on the main floor. Both rooms have 1 queen bed each also with Sealy mattresses. They are both equipped with large closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning units and ethernet ports.

Living Room: The spacious living room includes a large couch and chair and other seating as needed can be added from the deck furniture. There is also a Smart TV that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube, and a variety DVDs to choose from. Other entertainment includes a throwback Nintendo console, board games, puzzles and books.

Housekeeping, Laundry, Pool Cleaning, and Gardening: Casa Molleo housekeepers will ensure the home is completely cleaned and high touch areas are sanitized prior to your arrival. The pool cleaners visit twice weekly to keep the pool clean and clear and a gardener may visit as needed to ensure the landscaping is kept healthy and tidy.
