Stunning, light-filled beachfront sanctuary with full views of Delaware Bay.

Completely rebuilt in February 2022 it is our pleasure to welcome you to Randall Manor: DE.

The house was rebuilt with the intention of simplicity and intuitiveness towards a simplified respite.

Surrounded by the beautiful Wildlife Refuge of Prime Hook and the beach of western coast of Delaware Bay across from Cape May, NJ.

A king primary bedroom with joined spa shower and soaking tub en suite. Bunk room with six full sized beds and shared bath leading to beach and outdoor shower. Guest room with dune views. Direct access to beach. washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, flatscreen Smart televisions, keyless coded entry, expansive rooftop deck with outdoor dining, lounge chairs, grill and indoor galley kitchen.
This house fills with light beginning with each sunrise in the open kitchen and living room. Head up to the expansive roof for stunning sunsets and star gazing.

Even on cloudy, rainy days the home offers endless places to settle in with a book to relax.

Memorable Stay with Stunning Views

We had such a great experience staying at Jessica's property on the 4th of July weekend. Jessica warmly greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. The location is very picturesque and relaxing, and the property itself is amazing. Jessica designed the property with comfort in mind, and every aspect of it has something unique and memorable. We highly recommend this property for those seeking a relaxing location directly on the beach, offering a panoramic view of both the Delaware Bay and the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Booked a last minute getaway with the family decided to spend the extra money to be on the water and I am so glad we did. The property feels like home and has a great layout for traveling with kids. The views and private beach access make it the place to go with kids. No crowds to deal with just family fun. The one draw back is that because it’s so private getting to anything is a 20min drive. So just make sure you stock up on day one and then you never have to worry about leaving and you won’t want to. Host and communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our time at this property.

Our stay at Jessica’s beachfront home was truly magical! We came to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was his very first time seeing the ocean, and watching him fall in love with the beach was pure joy, he didn’t want to leave! Both of my kids had the best time. The home is absolutely stunning, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with panoramic views that took our breath away every single day. Jessica went above and beyond as a host, making us feel welcome and cared for from start to finish. Beautiful House and Amazing Scenery

We stayed the Randall's Manor for a short getaway. The house is decorated in modern simplicity style. very clean and bright. The roof deck is amazing. we spent a lot time on the deck enjoying ocean breeze. The beach is very quiet and peaceful. We definitely will be back again.

Perfect getaway

Our group of 6 friends stayed at Randall Manor for our annual reunion trip. We've been doing this for years and have rented houses in many places. Jessica's house was, by far, our favorite. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the house was impeccably clean and comfortable. We spent most of our trip on the beautiful rooftop deck. This house would also be perfect for one or two families with kids. Thank you, Jessica!

Total Relaxation

This was a an amazing house with a gracious and well prepared host. It had everything you could need to cook and chill. We had our lacrosse team over for a team dinner before the games and it fit us all comfortably. The best was dinner on the roof deck at sunset each night . We will be back! Also had trouble with the AC and the hosts had a technician over in an hour to fix it.

Beautiful home and location

We stayed a few nights with my parents and our three young kids. The property and location were amazing and beautiful. The house is meticulously maintained and clean. The beach is relaxing and laid back. It was not crowded and the waves were calm so we could just relax with the kids and float around. Can’t wait to go back! Would be a beautiful place to stay at in the fall or spring and be able to have all the windows open in the living room/ kitchen area. It’s a great space! Rooftop deck is to die for.

Nice and Easy

With two young kids (3&6) vacations are not normally easy or relaxing - except this one! This home has everything your family could need and more so you don’t need to pack your whole house and bring it with you. The home is beautiful and everything is new and clean. We made sandcastles, swam in the waves, watched the dolphins, kayaked, and actually relaxed. It was exactly what the soul needed. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Our time at the Randall Manor was a pleasure! The location of the home completely immerses you into nature. Starting and ending your days on the deck with spectacular sunrises over the water and sunsets over the refuge. The birds and other wildlife are incredible. The styling and comfort details are beautifully chosen. The home is completely state of the art from top to bottom! Clean and bright leaving you feeling fully revived. Great for Little Ones

We had a great stay! The house is on the bay so the waves are small. It is literally on the beach so there’s no long schlep to the water. The finishes in the home are stunning too. I wish we could have this kitchen year round. The primary bedroom’s bathroom is a literal work of art. And the room with the bunk beds can sleep 8 people — two each in four queen beds. A few flags: 1) the only large dining table is outside. This wasn’t an issue for us but I’d you’re planning a sit down meal for more than four people, you won’t be able to sit together inside. 2) our visit was in august and there were a ton of biting flies. We used bug spray but the bites are itchy and the flies did get into the house whenever we opened the door.

Quiet & Family Friendly

We highly recommend this wonderful home. The location has a limited number of homes and no high rises, so the beach is not crowded. The bay had gentle waves, which was great for our 5 and 3 year old. There is a sandbar a short distance to the east, which was a lot of fun for the kids. The beach is your backyard - literally a few steps from the door. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a trundle (3 full size mattresses) which allows for multiple sleeping arrangements. There are games for all ages in almost every room of the house. The rooftop deck is perfect in every way. Chaise lounge seating, large dinner table, grill, mini kitchen attached, and great views of the refuge and bay. The mosquitos are bothersome, but the owners kindly left spray at every door until we could pick up our own. Dogfish Head is a short drive away for a fun outing and lunch. Also recommend The Surfing Crab for crabs / seafood. We highly recommend this property!

Frustrating

Our host canceled our stay at the last minute due to a water heater issue. She was apologetic as she could be. It was still inconvenient as our bags were packed with no place to go. However, getting my money back became a headache. After a couple of weeks I had to reach out to the host and she asked me to contact VRBO for the refund. I spent 15 minutes searching on the app for a contact number and then spent 40 minutes on the phone getting the refund initiated. However, I was refunded 1000 short of what I was owed. I contacted the host who claimed ignorance of the refund process and then never got back to me. After another 2 calls to VRBO lasting an hour I finally got my last 1000 returned. So, I got no vacation but hours of headache! She didn’t want to be bothered with the refund process so I got stuck with it. Thanks Jessica!

Favorite VRBO

This was our favorite VRBO stay ever! The house is gorgeous and the deck…outstanding, especially for sunsets! Perfect for us – two couples, two children. From the moment we arrived, greeted warmly by Jessica and Adam, to the time we left, every detail exuded warmth and hospitality. You can tell they love their home and their neighborhood. The house itself is a masterpiece— airy and spacious with elegant design and artful touches. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the balcony looking out to the ocean. Super clean! The rooms were spotless, with crisp linens and plush towels that added to the feeling of luxury. The sleek kitchen is well-stocked and well-designed so it made cooking and having meals very enjoyable. Jessica and Adam were incredibly attentive, ensuring our comfort without intruding on our privacy. They offered great suggestions for local dining and family-friendly activities (definitely check out Dogfish Brewery and Surf Bagels!) Overall, our stay at Randall Manor was perfect. So peaceful! The beach, which is protected and very clean with soft sand, is just a few steps away, so it was very convenient for us with the kids. Highly recommend a visit here. We will definitely be back.

I want to take a few minutes to say how amazing our stay was! At first I was very discouraged because of the contact with the host,, which was terrible! But when I talked with her finally, just before we actually went she explained why she was not responding. So maybe it will not always be this way? The house is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked! We did not need any thing while we were there!! The view out over the water is lovely! Sunrise is awesome! We saw dolphins a few mornings! One thing I did not like about this visit is, the price that the house is advertised as is only for a few people, not 12! We were unpleasantly surprised when we received the additional charges only a few days before we arrived!!! We had plenty of room though so it worked out. But would have been nice to know everything over 4 people will be additional charge. But we worked it out and had lots of fun. Got to meet Jessica which was nice!!

Family Trip to Delaware Coast

The home is lovely. Adam and Jessica have an incredible job creating a lovely seaside retreat. It was spotless! The area is isolated, which was great for us, but not if you are looking for Rehoboth Boardwalk experience. For us, it was so nice to be in a quiet area and go into Rehoboth or Lewes when we wanted to have a meal out. Adam and Jessica were helpful with tips and suggestions and were very responsive and really easy to work with!

Beautiful House and Location

New house in a very quiet area. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a great place to go. Lots of time spent on the beach and roof deck. Beautiful views of the water from the kitchen/living/dining area. Decent fishing from the shore and from kayaks (DE paddle sports down the road will deliver adult sized kayaks at a pretty reasonable price). Good communication with owners through any questions or issues.
