Breathtaking ocean views!! Steps to the beach!! Recently remodeled!!

Our Hale Kai O Kihei (‘ha-lay-ky o ‘kee-hay) condo offers breathtaking ocean views. On the private lanai, you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean and view the amazing year-round sunsets. There are also miles of sandy, un-crowded beach directly in front of the condo, excellent for morning and evening walks.

The beachfront location and amazing ocean views are comparable to what you would find at the nicest resort. But, at our condo, you will have privacy, your own private lanai, and is fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. Our condo has a private 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an updated bathroom with a new tile shower and vanity with granite. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs. The living room, which opens to the outside lanai, comes with a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, & AC unit. The high-speed internet provides an average of 63 Mbps download and 7.31 Mbps upload.

Hale Kai O Kihei’s many amenities include a pool, shuffleboard area, and gas grill barbeques. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the property.

The condo location is on a quiet residential street just one block from the Times Market (formerly Star Market) and the Azeka Shopping Center in Kihei. You are within walking distance of retail stores in Azeka Shopping Center, grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants (Nalu's, Pizza Madness, Coconuts, Fabianno’s, Fork & Salad, & Amigo’s – to name a few). Within walking distance, you will find 2 fitness centers to choose from, a yoga studio, and the Kihei Aquatic Center (lap swimming & water aerobics) for all your fitness needs. There are also beauty salons & nail salons within shopping complexes and a post office, dive shop, scooter rentals, ATMs, and banks. You will find a farmer’s market open every Saturday and an open-air craft market & gift items available daily. Kihei Rent-A-Car is nearby, and they offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

Depending on swell direction, you can enjoy surfing & stand-up paddling in front of the condo complex, and with steady trade winds, windsurfing, and kiteboarding!

For any medical needs you may have, there are a few outpatient medical clinics nearby.

Public transit is one block from the complex. The condo is only a short 10-minute drive to Wailea & a 20-minute drive to Kahului International Airport.

Please note: There are no elevators at this complex. We are on the 2nd floor.

Absolutely perfect view here from the lanai - our best sunsets of the trip were right here! Good beach for nice walks in the morning and as east coasters it was great to be able to ditch the car and walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, and many restaurants (don’t miss Coconuts!). The place was very quiet at night and doing laundry was super easy as well. Absolutely kind and welcoming hosts who go above and beyond.

The hosts provided everything you could need for a beach vacation including lawn chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and an umbrella. The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to cook your meals there and enjoy them on the lanai. We rented from November 29 to December 6th and spent a lot of time whale watching on the beach which is just steps away from the unit. The location is very convenient and it was very quiet. Check in and out was very easy and the hosts were very accomodating.

It was exactly as pictured- just a few steps and you are on the beach! Enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony every night. A great location to visit all that Maui has to offer! The reason why my wife and I chose to buy at Hale Kai O Kihei was due to our love of the ocean. This is truly what Hawaii is about, a beautiful coconut grove with a sandy beach on the waters edge, away from the hustle and bustle. Of course, facing West for the most amazing sunsets, we are truly blessed.
