Everything you need

Restaurants were close, beach was even closer. Nice property, good amenities, met the owners who were very helpful and informative. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended. Cheers.

Updated Beach Front Gem

The unit seems to have been very recently updated. They did a great job with the renovation. Super clean, cool and tidy. Great views right out the doors and easy walks to places to eat out or at the market. The overall location is great as it's very central to driving north, south, east or up country for different beaches and experiences.

Not the Four Seasons, but just fine!

This quant and quiet condo is situated perfectly to explore the island of Maui. The condo is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and central to everything around. There is ample free parking. Pool and beach access and a close drive to everything around. Christine, the property manager was excellent. Would stay here again!

We visited for our 44th anniversary. We were married in Hawaii and had not been back since. We could not have had a better trip. The location, the property, the local manager ( a very friendly helpful fellow) and a simply wonderful stretch of weather made this a special trip. We will go back.

This unit is stunning. Quality finishes and fully equipped. This unit is first floor ocean front with a beautiful lawn. I wouldn’t stay in this building unless I was on the first floor. It is such an extension of the space. The management in the building is very helpful w d available. The complex is close to everything.

Great condo, perfect location

Our stay was perfect! The condo was in a central location that made it easy, and quicker than expected, to get everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was comfortable, immaculate, decorated nicely, had a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. I was concerned that the bedroom by the parking lot would be noisy and that was NOT an issue at all. Very quiet location and complex. A nice bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella. There were some beach toys and snorkel masks (although we didn’t use those). The safe in the closet was a nice touch also. We never used the pool but simply because we were so busy doing other things. The beach in front of the condo was nice to relax at (we didn’t swim there) and the sunsets from there are amazing. No need to go anywhere! The flocks of birds in the mornings were fun to watch. I highly recommend this unit for two and would return. Everything was exactly as expected and better.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property in Kihei, and it truly felt like returning to our second home. My daughter and I came for a special mother–daughter trip, and just like the first time, we loved every second of it. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was exceptional, making everything seamless from start to finish. Over the last two years, we’ve created memories here that will last a lifetime. Less than pleasurable…

Location is great. The downside was the little ants in the kitchen were totally annoying, traps did not work. Neighbors activities most evenings outdoors was intrusive.

Just a lovely experience

We loved this place! It is conveniently located near restaurants and a local grocery store. Great walking in the neighborhood and local park. I loved sitting at the table on the patio listening to the ocean. You can see the water but dunes hide the beach except for the top of umbrellas. Sunsets were amazing and locals blow conch shells as the sun disappears. The king sized bed was super comfortable. Lots of closet, cabinet and counter space to spread out. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic little gem

This was such a cute place! Walk out to the beach from our patio! Clean, great amenities, and very attentive to a small matter which was quickly resolved. The sunset is directly in front of us each evening and the quaint beach was perfect! Restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk. Fantastic!!

Beautiful view

This location has a stunning view of sunsets and you could watch whales from the kitchen. It was clean and well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, etc. The location was a little busy for us but you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. They are busy roads, but I think that's just Maui.

Ocean!!

Beautiful sunsets every night from your patio. You can sit on the sand or by the pool and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Easy access to the water. Saw turtles daily. Condo was very clean. Had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Didn’t want to leave.

Perfect location!

The condo is perfectly located along the beach with views to the water! We sat on the large lanai every morning and evening enjoying the variety of birds and ocean waves. People came every night for the unobstructed sunsets which were AMAZING! Although the bedroom was small (fits a King though!) the condo has plenty of storage in all rooms for your belongings. An umbrella for the beach (to accompany the provided beach chairs) would have been a plus;)

Our names are Fred and Pam Green. We have travelled to Hawaii many times over the last 3 decades. We love all of Hawaii, but have a special place in our hearts for the island of Maui. We purchased this condo, #102 in 2022 and #205 in 2018 to have a place to come to with family and friends and share our love for this beautiful island.

Why they chose this property

We were first struck by the amazing views from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach. We love the peacefullness of the beach, being the only condo building in the midst of many single family residenses really lends itself to the feeling of a private beach. The location topped off our attraction to this property being in a generally sunnier, warmer area of Maui, yet within an easy drive of other appealing areas.
