• You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS. Any violation of no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• LOST KEY. Not returning the physical key (if it was given to you) is a subject to $25 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Fantastic Location

We chose this rental based on location as it was literally 2 doors down from my son’s home in Capital Hill. Would definitely stay again next time we come to visit. Easy walk to great restaurants and shopping.

The flat was cozy, great location for us right in between both kids flats. Walking distance to downtown.

Great location in Cap Hill

The property was a little hard to find as we got there after dark and couldn’t find the address sign from the street. The unit is simple, but efficient. Nice, firm mattress. Shower water is plenty hot with good pressure. Great location—close to the Link and to Seattle University. About a 2 mile walk to Pike Place.

Location was great

We were a little disappointed that the unit seemed a little beat up; baseboards were chipped and needed paint, the bathroom was outdated but adequate. While it was located on the first floor, to enter we had to go up to the second floor and descend down a narrow and steep stairway. From the pictures I assumed the bedroom was upstairs but it is off the living room with no divider/door. There were french doors out to a courtyard (the only source of natural light) that leads directly to the street but we were not provided with a key to use this as our ingress/egress. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect, walking distance to our son's home and business district.
