This property was absolutely amazing! It truly had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space, making it easy for everyone to spread out and even enjoy some quiet time if they wanted.We stayed here during our wedding weekend with our entire wedding party, and it couldn't have been more perfect. There was enough room for my husband and me to spend the night separately before the wedding without seeing each other until I walked down the aisle—a special memory we'll always cherish.The master bedroom was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of the bridesmaids, my makeup artist, and hairstylist while we got ready. We never felt cramped, and there was plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably.I would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay—especially for a wedding weekend or special celebration!

The house was so beautiful! The pictures online looked identical to seeing the house in person. The beds were very comfortable and all of my friends that came were able to get their own bed. The pool was very nice and we were within walking distance from the beach. The house supplied us with beach towel, chairs and even a wagon to carry the chairs. I would gladly stay here again. The owner was very responsive when I had a question as well.

The house was fantastic. We didn't realize that there were steps to go up to enter. It wasn't a game changer, but if you have family or friends that can't do steps this wouldn't work. The patio furniture could use an upgrading....it had exceeded its life expectancy. Everything else was truly AWESOME. Thank you so much!

The home was large and accommodating. The host was attentive and responsive. The location is great as it’s a short walk to the beach, playground and restaurants. The home needs a lot of maintenance and updating (particularly the outside). There were 2 bathrooms that smelled due to poor construction of the showers. Some beds were very comfortable and some were not. The outdoor furniture was worn, moldy and ripped in some places. There was a broken chair outback as well. We had a few issues while we stayed, some were resolved some were not. Overall, the home was ok and had pros and cons.

Indian Rocks Beach

This house accomodated our family of 10 quite comfortably. Close to all the parks and great restaurants. Pool was a bonus for the kiddos.

Family vacation

Our family of 12 (husband & myself, our grown children, their spouses, & our 4 grandchildren) all met there for the week. The house was very nice, well stocked, & a good fit for our family. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had during the week. Easy walk to the park, & also to the beach. The pool & hot tub were an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again, & recommend this property.

Great house and location!

We are a family of 12. This house was perfect for our group . Each bedroom has its own bath which was wonderful. Great space for gathering and perfect size pool. Walked to the beach every eve at sunset ! Would definitely stay there again . Owner is friendly and quick to respond when contacted.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. The home was very spacious, the pool was excellent, and the location to the beach was convenient, making it easy to enjoy our vacation.That said, there were several maintenance and upkeep issues that should be addressed. The air conditioning struggled to keep the house cool during the day, and it became quite hot inside particularly in the kitchen/dining/main floor area each afternoon/evening. Additional fans or air conditioning updates are needed to stay cooler. The grill caught on fire while we were using it because there appeared to be a significant buildup of debris underneath that had not been cleaned. the fire ruined all of the food we were cooking, so we ended up having to throw everything away and order pizza for dinner instead. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was a frustrating experience. The oven was also problematic. It took several hours to cook something as simple as French fries because the oven door would not close properly. There wasn’t any visible obstruction or latch issue, and then it randomly closed later, so we’re not sure what was causing the problem. Additionally, the pots and pans were very old and made cooking difficult. The indoor and outdoor furniture is also due for an upgrade, as much of it was worn and didn’t feel very clean. What could have been used as extra outdoor space. With some attention to maintenance and updated kitchen supplies and furnishings, this property could easily be a 10

This was our second stay at this house, and both vacations were great. Great location, great house for 10 adults, and Lawrence was very supportive with any issues, and always responded promptly.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The pool was so well kept and the home was ideal for a family of all ages. The kitchen was beautiful, driveway accommodated our 3 large vehicles, and all the balconies gave us a place to unwind and enjoy the property. Great nearby restaurants, playground was about a 5 minute walk away, and the neighborhood was beautiful, well-kept, and safe. Would recommend!
