Private: large garden 1'550 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6.2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Super séjour

Un très agréable moment passé dans cette maison moderne. La piscine est superbe, les enfants se sont régalés. Il y a plein de petits endroits pour être à l'ombre toute la journée. Cuisine très bien équipée et maison très propre à notre arrivée. A noter la climatisation très agréable lors des fortes journées. Bref, une maison que je recommande chaudement. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Very enjoyable 2 weeks in Javea

The property was exactly as advertised - modern, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a quiet location. The owners have equipped it very well, with everything and more that is necessary for an enjoyable stay. The highlight of course is the beautiful pool and surrounding terrace with its views over the valley. A 15 minute drive takes you to all of the attractions of the Javea seafront, with several restaurants also situated within 5 minutes if you don't want to make the trek into town.

Belle maison avec des équipements de qualité. Petit bémol, la douche est vraiment très petite et peu fonctionnelle. Belle piscine bien conçue. Les marches n’empiètent pas sur l’espace de nage. Très beaux éclairages de nuit autour de la piscine, dans les arbres, sur les portails et autour de la maison. Très belle vue sur le Montgo. Un peu de moustiques. A conseiller.

Heerlijk huis!

Een heerlijk comfortabel huis op onderaan de Montgo met een mooi uitzicht en niet ver van Javea. Super schoon, alles is aanwezig, prima bedden. Groot terras met groot verkoelend zwembad. Kortom:plekje om weer terug te keren!
