Our nearly 1100 sqft 2nd floor condo in a secured building gives you the space you expect and the convenience of everything downtown and then some!

Step outside and WALK to everything Broadway, Bridgestone or the Ryman in 5 short minutes. Nissan Stadium is <1 mi.

Located truly the heart of Nashville, our 1 bedroom condo (but with 1 king sized and 1 queen sized bed) will be everything you need during your Nashville adventures! Free coffee, washer and dryer in-unit as well.

The spacious layout of this condo allows the bedroom and murphy bed to be as separate as possible with the bedroom being at the front of the condo and murphy bed being at the windows.

Free covered parking right next to the building (1 car only).

Perfect place for our 4 night stay exploring the area. With the exception of the “out of order” balcony, the well laid out flat was clean, beds comfortable and location central. We had no trouble sleeping & found the neighborhood quiet and safe. We navigated the Wego bus system smoothly in addition to using Uber when appropriate. Shaun was an excellent & communicative host.

My sister n law, niece and I came to see the Dolly Musical and explore Nashville. Shaun's condo was safe, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some! It's walking distance to Broadway and many restaurants and stores.

Our property host Shaun was amazing he made us feel welcomed and went over and beyond to answer my questions within minutes! The property is described exactly on web site, and very clean and felt safe during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would do it all over again in the near future! All the fun is within walking distance. The parking was very convenient for our stay as well. Highly recommend!!

Very central location and nice property. It would be best for just one couple given the single bedroom but the space worked well for the 4 of us with the pull out couch. Felt very safe and secure and the unit was very well cared for.

We had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom VRBO in Nashville. The unit was spotless and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including Broadway, restaurants, and entertainment. Communication from the manager was clear, fast, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!
