Summary:
Great 1 bedroom with king bed and sofa bed in the living room. Easy walk to the slopes. You cannot park closer.

The Space:
This little gem of a condo at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort is located in the Redstone Building which is in walking distance to the slopes, shops, restaurants, coffee and free bus shuttle to the town of Crested Butte.  Eating in will be easy in this newly renovated kitchen with updated counter tops, cabinets, appliances and dishes/pots and pans.  There is plenty of space at the large countertop for prep, eating or keeping the cook company at one of the three barstools. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. 


The large living room has an inviting queen sized sofa bed for relaxing after an active day or for watching something on the smart Roku TV.  There is a gas fireplace for ambiance and added warmth.  A large bedroom with a King size bed is adjacent to the living space.  There is also one full bathroom (with a tub) with a separate sink area for use by multiple people at once.  The bathroom also has a beautiful slab countertop and new light fixtures.  There is new carpet through out the living/sleeping space of the unit.  There is a balcony with a sliding glass door off of the living room with a small table and chairs to enjoy the partial view of Mt. Crested Butte on sunny days.  


Stairs are required for access to the condo.  One parking space is located at the 2nd story entrance at the rear of the building which would only require 1 flight of stairs.  The second parking space is located in the general parking area in the front of the Redstone building.  Entry from this level requires one flight of stairs outside, plus 2 flights of stairs inside to reach the condo.  There is a shared, outdoor hot tub located on the first floor.  Laundry facilities are located on the second floor and offer 4 sets of washers and dryers for $1.50/per use.  The condo building is approximately a 2-3 minute walk to the chair lifts.  


No pets and no smoking of any kind is allowed in the property. Trailers and RV's also unfortunately cannot be accommodated here.


Our company does request that you sign a separate rental policy upon booking.  If you would like to see this prior to booking, please ask and we'll be happy to email it to you.

Parking: There is one parking lot in front and one behind the Redstone Building.  There are 2 parking passes inside the condo.  These must be displayed.  Trailers and RV's are not allowed.

This condo is really at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Easy walk to retail, coffee shop, transportation hub where you can catch a bus into the town of Crested Butte.

Getting Around:
Easy walking access to all things at the base area. Car not really needed.
