François was easily the most accommodating host we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It is centrally located near public transport, restaurants and services. We and our dogs enjoyed our stay in François' apartment. We would come here again.

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment location was close to everything so we could walk to shopping, dining, and the train station. The apartment itself was spacious enough for my wife and I. Everything was clean and I appreciated having good working air conditioning.

Love the hosts, truly gracious and helpful. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to anywhere. It’s also spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Apartment/Host

Everything was as advertised and the location was just a short walk from old town. All of the appliances were high quality, and François went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. Really we would say the trip easily exceeded our expectations. Thank you François!!

Fab apartment with so much room and lovely high ceilings. 2 min walk to tram station and on your doorstep are plenty of coffee houses and little eateries. Self contained apartment with washing machine and dishwasher plus a small garden area to sit out or dry your clothes if needed.

Lovely stay

Host was very accommodating. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend, ideally located a short walk away from Old Town and the beach. For the price, very good value.
