Excellent experience.

The Villa exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and well maintained. Location to Lake Sumter, many golf courses and pool was outstanding. We spent 3 months in this Villa and loved every minute !!

Kim and Dave bought this villa for their own retirement. We are not professional property managers but look to cover some ownership costs until we retire and move in.

Why they chose this property

With retirement approaching we decided to purchase the villa in advance knowing The Villages was the place we wanted to retire. We carefully considered the community as a whole and narrowed it down to the area immediately south of Lake Sumter landing. When this spacious model became available we jumped at the chance and purchased it. We loved the short walk to the pool and south facing backyard for winter comfort. The location is literally surrounded by golf courses, recreation centers, country clubs and shopping of all kinds
