This comfortable & clean seaside condo is located in the impeccably maintained Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. This lovely updated unit is tastefully decorated with a beach and surfiside vibe. The inviting entry leads to a dining area that seats 4 and includes a buffet table. Move into the gracious living space with a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and over sized reclining chair. The living room flows out through a slider onto the patio overlooking the pool where you can enjoy ocean views. Relax in the comfort of our Pub style Adirondack chairs, breath some salt air and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to enjoy your favorite drink or create some memorable cuisine using the local fresh catch! The spacious bedroom includes a King sized bed, armoire, flat screen TV, generous closet, sitting chair and private access to the patio. Ocean and pool views from every room! Amelia Surf and Racquet has 4 clay tennis courts and a tennis pro on site. Within steps of beach and pool access. Several golf courses and exquisite dining options are nearby. This place is an absolute gem…absolutely everything you need from perfect accommodations, the beach and a slice of heaven! The hosts guide you through checking in and out and are very nice! Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay! Owners were very easy to work with and very clear on check in and out procedures. Perfect floor level condo, steps to the pool and beautiful beach. Facility very nice and safe. Will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Amelia Island is a great destination. The area is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. The condo was very nice - grocery stores close and convenient. Rented bikes, walked around the neighbourhood and spent a lot of time sitting on the porch reading my book and relaxing. I would stay here again.

Great getaway

Great pre trip communications from the owners. All worked like a charm. Ground floor room with a walkout to the pool. Very short walk to the beach. Chairs provided. All appliances up to date. Adequate pots, pans, dishes, etc. Couldn't find hot pads though. But that's the only thing that was missing. We came to basically do some biking and relax. We biked right from the grounds. Very little on the road riding was needed. We could use the paths provided or the numerous backstreets with minimal traffic. TV, internet all worked well. Best thing I can say is that we will be back.

Paradise for Midwest Couples

We had a great time and access to the beach. The Condo is decorated with charm and a light, beachy feel! The neighbors are quiet and friendly and we enjoye the private views of the beach and nature (the white pelicans flying by at sunset were memorable as were the resident rabbit and tortoise that helped us to remember to slow down and speed up on the vacation). Thank you for the stay in paradise - with gratitude
