First time in Avalon (mom and daughters trip) and we will be back! Property is close to beach and town...we walked to see the sunrise each morning and grabbed coffee at Isabella's and/or the G's Spot. House exceeded our expectations - even better than the photos! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Adorably decorated, just as pictured, and a great setup for groups or family vacations! Michelle was a dream to work with- incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The home was overall clean and tidy but some of the finer details could use a touch more love between guests. We noticed a few decorative pieces, trays, light fixtures, certain areas in the kitchen, etc., seemed to have accumulated dust/grime overtime, but nothing significant enough to have impacted our stay. There was also a little confusion on our end about where a few amenities/items were stored, although that very well may have been user error on our part!Overall, we had a great experience. The home was charming, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for, and Michelle was a fantastic host. We’d happily return!

Amazing Home & Host!

We rented Michelles's home for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful stay. the home is amazing -- clean, well laid out for privacy, kitchen is well stocked etc etc. Michelle replies immediately to texts and made our stay a wonderful experience.

You will want to stay forever!

This beautiful beach house was perfect for all of us! We all enjoyed a great time! We all agreed we will choose this Avalon beach house again! Beautiful beach house in a great location

We loved this home. Lots of spaces to hang out, several bathrooms, everything clean and nice. The pool and cabana in the back are so great, and you are close to the beach. Great location with several walkable spots, and quick drives to Stone Harbor and Cape May a little farther south. Parking is easy and plentiful. Michelle was so easy to communicate with - they’ve created a great house for families to spend time in. One thing to note is you have to bring towels and sheets for beds; that can be tough for people flying in but we drove from northern Jersey so it wasn’t tough for us.

Gorgeous home many amenities in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and also very comfortable home. It is exactly as described and seen in photos down to every detail - truly amazing. Having beach bikes and fishing rods we could use was a big plus. We rode bikes all over Avalon and the location is great - around the corner from downtown Avalon and short walk (even shorter bike ride) to the beach. There is also a park nearby (~7 blocks) with a playground, basketball courts, and more. There are beautiful views of the bay from a couple of places in the house, my favorite being from the dining room table. The owner is communicative and invested in ensuring her guests are comfortable.

Amazing Stay for a Bridal Party

Thank you to Michelle for sharing her beautiful Avalon home with us. It was hands down one of the necessary homes I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed here with my (fiancé/husband) and my bridal party (7 girls, 3 spouses) for the weekend of our wedding. The layout was perfect, good for families or groups of adults as pretty much all of the bedrooms also have their own private bathroom and balcony. The house was decorated impeccably, the kitchen and living space were so functional and cozy and the bedrooms were amazing, lots of closet space, comfortable beds etc. the outdoor pool and bar were so much fun. I don’t have anything at all bad to say, we adored it and made so many memories and hope to be back again in the future for a family vacation! Thanks Michelle 💗

Don't sleep on this home!! BOOK IT!

We had the most fabulous experience staying in the Maroulis Beach House over the weekend. Michelle, the property owner, was generously accommodating and responsive. The house is GORGEOUS, well-appointed, and has so many different spots to hang out. With lots of beverage fridges, a pool cabana with bar, lounge chairs, decks, comfortable furniture and abundance of bathrooms/bedrooms we couldn't have asked for a better place for girls' trip! We had a Shore Chef come in the first night to make our dinner and he was so appreciative of the top of the line WOLF stove and double oven and the beautiful marble counters and large kitchen sink. The location to town was perfect. Plus there were views of the bay from the windows, and it was a quick walk to the beach. We even used a bike. THANK YOU THANK YOU! We'll be back!

Highly recommend !

I rented Michelle’s property in the off season while in town for a wedding. We were a group of 9 adults and felt extremely comfortable in the house with plenty of space. The house was exactly as advertised in the photos, was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach easily, and were able to walk to bars/restaurants easily. Communication with hosts was prompt and clear. Would highly recommend !

Beautiful house, great location

Spacious and beautiful, the house is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores in Avalon. While it is closer to the bay, it is only 5 blocks from the beach. The cabana by the pool was a game changer, perfect for entertaining guests.

Sisters weekend

Michelle is a wonderful host- she responds quickly to any questions or problems. The house is picture perfect. Really everything was great except for the weather. But plenty of room to stretch out in. Very comfortable. Came for a sister and sister in law weekend. Highly recommended this property.
